Great Hotel, good location, not so dog friendly

Good location with easy links to the city. If driving down, we just parked at Canada Square which was a short walk away. Nice modern room. Only negative is that the hotel advertised as dog friendly. The rooms are of course but they are not allowed in any bar or lounge area. If we knew that before hand we would have just stayed at a travelodge as we couldn’t use the nice amenities.

Lovely hotel and spa, restaurant very expensive so we didn’t eat there. Amazing views and great location, 10 minute walk from the tubes and a shopping centre.

Another excellent stay at the Novotel CAW.

Another super few nights at the Novotel CAW, looking over the city of London. The rustic look of the hotel and the spacious room upon the 34th level always make us happy to return. Check in and out was fast, with breakfast also fantastic. Another fantastic stay.

I had a really great one night stay before heading off to another city. The staff as always were friendly, attentive and really considerate to my needs. I took one star off because one of the glasses in my room had a lip stick stain on it that wasn’t from me. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

My stay at the Novotel was amazing, we stayed on the 32nd Floor in the executive double with city view and the view of the city at night is amazing, only downside to my stay was the privi glass on the bathroom was broke so had no privacy.

it was a nice stay the pool was good and hotel aesthetic was nice but the tv was awful. it’s said it had youtube on it but was extremely laggy and ruined my movie night plan with my wife. it ruined her birthday which is very upsetting.

Accused of not paying and locked out of room

Disappointing Stay at NovoHotel Canary Wharf Our experience at NovoHotel Canary Wharf was deeply unsatisfactory. We faced significant issues during our pre-show dinner and upon our return. Restaurant Service Failures: • Extremely slow service despite communicating our time constraints • 20-minute delay in one meal’s delivery • Inability to pay due to absent wait staff • Forced to leave without settling bill to attend our show Unacceptable Night Return: • Locked out of our room upon late-night return • Publicly accused of not paying our bill by reception staff • Staff attempted to justify their actions instead of apologizing The hotel’s failure to provide timely service, communicate effectively between departments, and handle the situation professionally is unacceptable. They could have left a VM or Note instead!
