We stayed at this hotel for over five nights and had a pleasant experience. Although we didn’t use most of the facilities, the hotel is in a lovely neighborhood. It’s just a 7-minute walk to a shopping mall and the Underground, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note: there’s no washer/dryer on-site, and the laundry service that offered by the hotel is too expensive for us, so we googled and found an online laundry service called LaundryHeap and decided to give it a try based on the positive reviews. It was very convenient and reasonably priced at $2.99 per kg with delivery included. Overall, not bad at all. We’d definitely choose to stay at Novotel again on our next trip to London.

All you could want and more

Checked in at 5pm on Saturday. Was welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff had a room upgrade to a suite and was pleasantly surprised not knowing what to expect as we had never stayed in a Novotel before. Did not disappoint and did not want to leave

Great except for breakfast problems

We had a great stay. Room lovely. Great views. Excellent facilities. However, my friend is gluten free and this was specified and acknowledged at booking, but come to our stay and she wasn't catered for at all. Staff offered her cereal?! They couldn't say whether food was actually free from gluten, the chef couldn't say if things were cooked separately and it was left to my friend to just eat yoghurts due to their lack of help and knowledge. This really needs to be improved as we paid for two people to get breakfast and only one of us ended up eating it which meant spending money elsewhere. This was very disappointing! Please seek to improve!

Great hotel with a pool and a sauna! Beautiful rooms with a nice view on the Canary Wharf. We liked how clean and tidy it was. I recommend this hotel to someone who would like a getaway from the daily routine with addition of amazing pool and gym.
