My family and I had an exceptional stay in London. The hotel is located close to convenient stores, restaurants, and Borough Market. The room exceeded all our expectations and we had a comfortable stay. Lastly, Carla, the front desk associate was extremely friendly, helpful on several asks, and always welcomed us with a smile. I would highly recommend staying with Novotel London Bridge.

Poor room, awesome breakfast

The room was gloomy with very low lighting. When we checked in, the phone and the iron weren't working and the bathroom sink plug was broken. Kudos to the staff though, as they got everything fixed quickly. Great service! The breakfast was brilliant!

Great location - quiet area but easy walk to London Bridge or Mansion House or Bank tubes. Rooms were comfortable. Only weird thing was a glass divider between bedroom and bathroom- was frosted but still weird for a room that had a sofa bed so uncomfortable for families with teenagers. Would have loved a hairdryer without having to hold the on button and hair conditioner would have been nice. Staff polite and helpful. Very close to Borough Market.
