It was all good although check-in was quick with zero info about hotel. Breakfast was just ok, most things which should have been hot were lukewarm (sausage bacon egg beans) or actually cold (hash browns) which didn’t inspire confidence. It is right by Excel and Custom House station though so in that way it’s great.

Nice size room that was clean and looked after. Have to complain the it was advertised as a queen bed, but its a twin oushed together- not good enough. Average restaurant for dinner and breakfast, but food options around outside.

the hotel has underground parking, if you are staying in the hotel, you should get a discount. when i booked as i had the youngest child with us we booked an adjoining room which wasn’t available. at first they gave us two rooms on to different floors. but eventually after asking swapped and had rooms on the same floor

The hotel was very conveniently located, close to the Tube and Excel Centre. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. There were lots of good restaurants close by as well.
