Unfriendly reception team no real welcome on arrival, no information about breakfast, food & facilities so we didn’t bother using it. Room layout very odd with toilet separate with no sink? & shower/sink separate. Not the cleanest or friendliest team which makes a big difference! No one spoke to us at all Ok for an overnight stay for event at the O2 but will not return

It was OKish. I would've preferred to have a handwash in the toilet. Very unhygienic to use the toilet and then open the door to go wash hands in the bathroom. Not sure who designed that.

It was all good although check-in was quick with zero info about hotel. Breakfast was just ok, most things which should have been hot were lukewarm (sausage bacon egg beans) or actually cold (hash browns) which didn’t inspire confidence. It is right by Excel and Custom House station though so in that way it’s great.
