Stayed on Sept 28 2024 just for one night. Upon check-in, the receptionist asked for a £50 deposit to cover any items taken from the mini bar. Until now I have not got my money back!!! I called the hotel and the receptionist said, it hasn't got anything to do with them but instead its my bank. It has been 10 days since we stayed there but I still haven't got my money back. Totally unacceptable!!!

Great looking hotel. Comfortable room with nice bathroom and shower. Enough space for three of us. Fabulous dining options nearby. Went to Smoking Goat, Rochelle Canteen and Dishoom. The bar Shapes for a Name is walkable. Very close to the tube station.

Great birthday weekend.
A birthday weekend, wonderful and attentive staff at reception. Had a lovely meal up at Kaso. Simple but very tasty menu perfect portion sizes that enabled us to try lots of dishes. Thank you Smit & Josh for looking after us well. Then to Seed Library for after dinner cocktails which felt like a private members club without being pretentious. Just make sure you book a table.
