I was surprised with how beautiful and high-end this hotel appeared the moment I walked in. I’ve stayed in more expensive, “higher-end” hotels in the area, and I’d prefer Page8. The styling of the rooms is so detailed and beautiful. The bathroom is stunning, and the products are amazing. The rooms are bright, and while compact, well appointed with good closets, great AC, a little fridge (in a drawer), a kettle, and even powered blackout shades. While there’s no gym or anything, the coffee shop has lots of options (including some food), and the staff are friendly and available to help with any questions you might have. To summarize, I am excited to find my new favorite London hotel!

Great location!

The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect. The room was a decent size, but we were prioritizing location for this trip so the room size didn't bother us. I would definitely rebook because it was very convenient to get to some of the main attractions that we wanted to visit.

Our early check-in was greatly appreciated, including a room with a street view! The room had all amenities including amazing service by housekeeping. The front end staff was very accommodating including suggesting a bit of caffeine as we were leaving for a short trip to Paris very early in the morning. Overall, an amazing hotel!

The staff at this hotel were very nice. However we were placed in a room meant for a handicap person which was not the room we booked. So we were very disappointed. We are tall people and having to use a sink so small and low down we had to bend over was not what we had signed up for. We were offered an upgrade that was very expensive, which we could not afford. We were extremely disappointed that we could not be accommodated.

Brilliant hotel but room service could be improved

Each time I’m in London, i will stay at Page8. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room, unbeatable toiletries, fantastic cafe (with actually great coffee beans), and lastly, an excellent location. The security team was also very nice. I was so happy with this choice. However, I would say, for a high-end hotel the room service was a bit disappointing. It’s basically a food/goods delivery service. Which is helpful if you forgot toothpaste, want some midnight snack, etc. but if you’re looking for a high-end/classic room service, this isn’t it. Is it just the modern take?? I also had to go down to get the food after having changed after my work meeting, which wasn’t optimal. Anyhow, if they do offer a classic room service with a rolling table, I couldn’t find it.

Very nice hotel. Clean, daily room service. The staff is professional, polite, helpful. The room was small but quite. Location is excellent. Tourist attractions, theatres, restaurants are within walking distance. I would come back and highly recommend it to anyone.
