We had a 3 night stay here in one of the wonderful city view rooms. The hotel is certainly one of the best I have visited in London for both the general appearance and service level. The gym is easily one of the best appointed and pleasant hotel gyms I have again used. Staff were all brilliant. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Mother Nature breathed zen into this lovely hotel! Nothing can beat the energy real plants provide! Not to mention the benefits to air quality, providing a restful night of sleep. The bed provided a quality of sleep we have not found in other hotels! The pool was dreamy! And the views from our 10th floor suite made us dizzy with happiness. Namaste!

Staff are very friendly, hotel is clean and rooms (2 rooms) too. Bed mattress is old and had a crevice, was not comfy. Strait kitchen food was not “wow” as expected. It was above average.

Overall a very nice property and room. The restaurants are not great at all. They told me it was a new menu and working out the kinks, however the duck is NOT peking duck, barely even roasted duck. They did not charge me but definitely do not order it. Dining times were extremely long so be prepared. Took over 40 mins for a club sandwich and they still forgot the egg on it…. I missed a tour because of that…. Breakfast was nice and basically at your own pace so was nice

Thanks to a missed connecting flight out of LHR, we had 2 unexpected days to explore London, but without our luggage, which was stuck at LHR. We were so excited to find availability at the Pan Pacific. Because we had no luggage, the staff at the Pan Pacific was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed or knew where to get it. Davide A. made sure we had an ample supply of toiletries waiting in our room, and directed us to nearest shop to grab a change of clothes--he even walked us outside to point us in the direction of the correct subway station. After a long day of exploring, we came back to the room to find a lovely note, cookies and chocolates. The room itself was spacious, the bathroom gorgeous and the overall location idea. We had a truly lovely stay.

Modern and beautiful hotel rooms, friendly attentive staff and amazing food. Can really sense the 5 star hotel class. Nice relaxing infinity pool, but would be better if there was a jacuzzi.
