Hotel room was very warm, AC didn’t work, mini fridge did not work, so food spoiled. Shower didn’t drain well, constantly had to turn off the water and wait to continue showering. Room was smaller than a Hub by Premier Inn. Never staying here again.

This hotel has the arrogance to allow you room service only to the order some local fast food place to send motorbike riders to your room with the kind of quality of food you wouldn’t ever eat. What a rip off. Avoid

Short but very pleasant stay.

I only stayed for one night but the room suited my needs and was very pleasant. I pre ordered breakfast with the booking which i thought was great value with a great choice of food. Location of the hotel was great with access to the underground only about a seven minute walk away. I would definitely stay there again.

On arrival was allocated a basement room opposite building from main hotel, not what I booked However was quickly sorted when I objected and a suitable room in main hotel was allocated The location, breakfast, staff and bedroom was great. Just a pity our arrival was spoiled by their error.

The hotel rooms were among the smallest I’ve ever stayed in—there was barely enough space to open my suitcase. However, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, which made it sufficient for just sleeping in. Breakfast was okay—not exceptional, but enough to start the day off right. The staff were friendly and generally helpful, though not always fully transparent. The hotel itself shows signs of age, with noticeable wear and tear throughout the property. In summary: If your main goal is to explore London and you’re not planning to spend much time in the room, this hotel is a decent and affordable option. However, if comfort and space are important to you, or you plan to relax in the room, you might want to look elsewhere.

The fitness room was pathetic. The breakfast was awful , the worst eggs ever. The staff serving breakfast were very poor. The area to eat breakfast in the basement was poor The coffee facilities were poor - you need Nespresso machines . A very poor bar. Very over priced. I will not stay here again

I like that it is quite, however it is not soundproof if someone is passing by your door. The room was clean and the they provide everything you need. The elevator wouldn't reach my room, so I had to to take the stairs up to 2nd floor, but I would not mind it. Overall, it was a good stay for me.

No elevator! And 20 min queuing for breakfas

I was shocked to discover that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator for certain rooms on higher floors, and no, it wasn’t out of order or under maintenance. There simply isn’t one! When I checked in, the staff informed me that my room was on the 3rd floor of an extension building with no lift access. That meant I had to carry my luggage up the stairs and go up and down every time I left or returned to the room. Some parts of the hotel do have elevators, but unfortunately, my section didn’t. To make things worse, the next morning at breakfast, I had to wait in a long queue for at least 20 minutes just to get a table. Once seated, the staff were clearly rushing guests to eat quickly and leave, so they could free up space. As a frequent traveler who regularly stays in this area, I can honestly say this was my worst experience so far. The price was the same as nearby hotels, but without any of the convenience or comfort. There was no value for money whatsoever.

I had some problems getting a satisfactory room the first night. Tb The next day, they came up with what we expected. Thst helped quite a bit. Location was good to travel to and from Heathrow. Neighborhood ok. Price was ok. My wife, however, does not plan on a return. She felt day 1 issues weighed yoo heavily.
