Check in & check out was very efficient. Receptionists were very pleasant & polite. Bed very comfortable. Bath clean with toiletries. Linen changed every third day. Paint work in rooms, corridors & entrance needs attention.

This was a great place to stay. Supermarket across the street, tube 5 minute walk. Shopping area within walking distance. This is where I want to stay anytime I’m in London from now on. The staff were so nice and the hotel was clean. Highly recommend

The room was in the basement it was cold and the heating didn’t work properly. The window didn’t shut properly so we got maintenance to sort it out but it was still cold in there. The bar was closed on Mondays which didn’t help. The breakfast had cold plates and was very meagre and quite honestly we won’t be returning. We like a decent room and a decent breakfast the hotel failed on both accounts. The staff however were very nice. 😊

The property is very dated with very old flooring that creaks and staining surrounding the shower with cracks in the walls of my room. But on the brighter side the staff was very accommodating sending help right away when I couldn’t figure out how to work the older style safe. And it is a beautiful area in walking distance to my favorite museums in London the natural history and V&A so overall I enjoyed my stay but I hope they start renovating the property soon.

Nice cosy hotel to visit central London

Family travel split in two rooms. The room in the 5th floor was comfortable and clean. We liked that it was cosy and facing the patio. The sun light in the morning was great. People at reception and breakfast were nice and efficient. Breakfast is ok for 12 GBP. They have gluten free bread if you ask for it. The only areas of improvement would be that in the room you hear all noise in the corridor (mainly people talking going in and out rooms, ask for one at the end of the corridor to keep this down to minimum), and the blind in the window being broke, so we did not use it to allow more or less light during our stay. It's very close to public transport. Good location to visit London.
