Second time staying here this year. Location is a stone throw away from an underground so perfect when travelling with children. Hotel was clean, staff were all super friendly and room was all in all very comfortable and spacious. Our go to hotel now when in London.

Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Very close to everything. My only complaint is we were on the side close to the road. Very noisy because of constant emergency vehicles. Especially at night. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff are very friendly.

Drainage for the bathtub was terrible. There would be water overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Telephone handset in the room doesn't work, had to use speakerphone at the base to call, lucky to catch someone maybe 1/10 times to reach the front desk.

Room nice but service not great. Most staff looked miserable and grumpy, only two staff smiled and greeted me. Most acted as if I was an inconvenience. Issues at check-in due to room setup didn't match the system so had three trips to reception to sort it as no one answered the phone. Breakfast was poor and not worth the money.

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location with Lambeth North tube station across the street. Good dining options around the area. Room was small but very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant. We made use of the pool but did not find the water very clear and there were some obvious repairs needed around the edges.

The hotel itself was okay except for the lighting. The common spaces was way too dark. I booked 2 rooms and for the most part it was what I expected. What I did not expect was the lack of amenities in the room. The housekeeping was terrible. The food in the restaurant was subpar and I got sick the same night after having dinner there. Don't think I would stay at this location again.

I message via WhatsApp to let the hotel know I was arriving after midnight and got a quick response. Difficultly getting into the hotel at the late hour due to door bell not working which did make me fell unsafe. Professional check in.

Lovely hotel, good location, great staff.

Easy walk from London Waterloo, but also very close to Lembeth walk tube station, lovely entrance way with chilled water. All the staff we encountered were super helpful there was also a good presence of (perhaps management) people ensuring everything was running smoothly. The room was clean with a great air con system to ensure it was never too hot or cold. We used the pool twice and was easy to book it lots of available towels, clean changing rooms, and again a presence of staff ensuring it was clean and floors were mopped and dry. If I was going to be picky the edges of the pool there were seals that were a bit mucky and starting to come off. Probably my only disappointment was breakfast the queue was quite long (9.30 Saturday morning) and then the food was ok, bacon was good. Bread was a bit stale and just felt lacking in some bits. A little slow to refill things especially orange juice and the breakfasts area just felt a bit chaotic and not overly enjoyable. I would definitely stay again but next time maybe go out for breakfast x
