Very clean and spacious room, and the overall hotel facilities are quite satisfactory. Well maintained building, very courteous staff. However, the air conditioning had a mind of its own—fluctuating between too warm and too cold with not much control. The bedroom could also use better lighting. Otherwise, the location is excellent—right across from a metro station and just a 15-minute walk to the London Eye, Westminster Bridge, and fine dining.

we booked on night to be close to St Thomas' Hospital for an early morning appointment. When we arrived at the room we noticed how chilly it was so turned up the thermostat. As neither of us was feeling to well at the time we hunkered down at watched TV. The room never warmed up. When we went out for dinner we reported the cold room and was told an engineer would be despatched. Arriving back from dinner, room still cold, still feeling poorly, we gave up and went to bed. Rising early luckily the shower was toasty warm, still no room heat and went out for a morning of appointments. Arriving back just to check out, no change but the staff we very apologetic. Everything else about the hotel was fine. We will use it again but double check the heating first !

Comfortable, but not ideal for disabled people

Comfortable stay, but not so great for disabled people. The constant dim lighting is not so great, everywhere is so dark it is hard to see doors and door handles e.g. of the bathrooms in reception and in the rooms the lighting is terrible for getting ready - part of your face is always in shadow. There are steps to the cafe, bar and restaurant, for level access you have to leave the main entrance of the hotel and go round the corner.

Great stay at Park Plaza London Waterloo. Lovely room, great facilities (gym) as needed to use it for weekly sessions to keep on track. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great breakfast too!

Stay at this hotel at your own risk. The cleaning people do with your property what they want, including throwing your stuff out. And they don't clean. The floor was dusty the whole time. The front desk with its insincere apologies does nothing. No management reached out about the missing items. Management matters and in this hotel it simply doesn't exist.

Our stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo was fantastic. The location is ideal as it’s just in front of the Bakerloo Line, lots of buses around and just a tad away from Waterloo station. Lots of food options and very quiet and comfortable. The staff and facilities at the hotel were amazing, the room was super clean and comfortable, warm and cozy and the views were amazing. Breakfast was busy but nice and with plenty of options. We would definitely return to this hotel!

I love that the hotel it was clean, is the perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, train and buses to take to different locations, and also walking distance to see the museums, the Eagle eye, Big Ben even walk to Buckingham palace.
