Very nice modern hotel. Breakfast buffet has to be one of the best I've ever had with tons of options. Tons of dinning options within few minutes walk and several convenience/ supermarkets if you need any essentials for your travel needs. About 4 minute walk to the Underground Tube station. Usually only took 10-15 minutes to get down to the river by the London Eye or Tower of London areas. Less than 1 hour to get to Heathrow on the train

Had a fantastic stay just before Christmas. The dining area and lobby were very pretty. Breakfast was great. Loved my room and even more so that I had a bath as well as a shower.

Nice central hotel with good transport links The room we were in was dated even though we were told it was an upgrade We were told that we would have to pay for a bottle of water in our room which has never happened to me before The bed was very comfortable The lighting in the bathroom was poor and the magnifying was so high I couldn’t see to put my make up on
