Excellent location near attractions, restaurants, and the Tube. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Clean room with good shower pressure. Mattress sagged to the middle, which was tough for a 6 night stay. Our room was small but typical for London. Could be noisy next door and outside at all hours.

Modern, comfortable hotel in an excellent location

Very comfortable room, the control panel for the temp, curtains and lights was easy to use, nice shower. Breakfast buffet had full English breakfast choices as well as fruit and Continental breakfast choices of pastries and yogurt. Very close to Victoria stations, venues and restaurants.

Excellent 2 night stay at park plaza very close to main attractions and Victoria station. Staff very supportive and friendly, Breakfast excellent very good service and wide variety of hot and cold breakfast options. Bedrooms excellent cleaned and serviced very well and efficiently.

Better places in Victoria for the price

Not often i have to write a bad review but truly i cant see us returning. Location is great, staff are wondeful but sadly, for the price the hotel is not worth it. 1. Our shower leaked beloe the door, spread all across the floor - which when you look closer you notice a lot of the room is looking dated. 2. The big one, the rooms have ajourning doors. Which means there is a bit of wood and no insulation between you and some strangers. We had to phone security twice at night due to the noise. Honestly the 2nd night it might not have been that loud next door but with no blocker it made it impossible to sleep. 3. If youre a person that needs a cool room also best to avoid. They do have an integrated air con system but even on its coolest setting its not keeping the space cool.
