Very convenient for sight seeing and dinning but definately in the tourist area near the riverfront so if you dont like crowds (maybe London isnt for you). The hotel is nice.

Excellent location for families - short walk to the Westminster bridge, hop on hop off bus, Shrek’s Adventure, London Eye, etc. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The check-in process was very frustrating. We checked in online to save time and avoid lining up, as encouraged by the hotel. The digital key wouldn’t work and the app kept glitching, so we had to line up for anyways after a long day of travel, only to be told the room wasn’t even ready. Our room was supposed to have a king size bed, but it was just two smaller beds pushed up together. The bed wasn’t overly comfortable, either. Otherwise the room was decent. The restaurant food was overpriced, but good. Service in the bar was exceptional. The cafe was decent. Breakfast was a typical buffet - recommend going early (certainly before 9 am); otherwise the lineups are off putting. I waited almost 15 minutes in line for a coffee, as one of the machines was broken and only one was working. The online booking tool for the spa wasn’t working through the app, but the treatment that I had at the spa with Rhiannon was exceptional - highly recommend. Overall, would stay here again, with slightly lower expectations. A few hiccups and definitely some room for improvement on the part of the hotel, but you can’t beat the location and with a young family, that was important for us.

Very nice hotel, and decent room. Small touches let it down. Having to ask three times to get the toiletries filled in the bathroom, not getting the free daily bottles of water unless I asked, room service not delivering for to technical issues apparently, bar food in the bar opposite the lobby was poor quality.

We had an amazing stay. This hotel is in the ideal location for the major attractions and really easy to get to. We booked a suite with a view of the London Eye and we were not disappointed! We parked at the local just park car park which was safe and secure, also a 3 minute walk away. The only negative was that there were two tv’s in the room, but one wasn’t working properly as it said it had connection issues, but this didn’t marr our stay. We will definately be back!

Very close to London Eye, Westminster Abbey/ Big Ben, and Parliament. Walkable to theater district and Covent Garden but it was a long walk for the kids. Area near us doesn’t really have any dining or shopping. Room was comfortable except sofa bed which was awful. Still glad we could stay in one room together.

Beautiful hotel, great service - avoid the pool
The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent. The room had a broken shower door which wasn’t a huge issue but was a shame. We wanted to use the swimming pool in the spa in the morning but found lots of screaming children in the pool making it impossible to swim, I’d suggest more adult only times or a dedicated swim lane as this was a feature we were really looking forward to but didn’t get a chance to properly use. Overall a beautiful hotel and would stay again without the expectation of the pool!

The hotel is new, fancy and great location but the room wasn’t clean. The shower and sink weren’t clean. We also found previous guest’s underwear near the bed. The staff was nice. I’d probably stay again if better cleaning is provided.

Hotel is very nicely located, convenient to Tube stations, shopping, food, and many tourist attractions (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, the aquarium, and St James Park). The breakfast was wonderful! Although we didn’t access all of the amenities, the pool and sauna were nice. We wish the pool had a more flexible schedule and catered more toward children than adults.

A beautiful hotel close to the major tourist attractions. The beds were uncomfortable though. The rooms are serviced everyday which was quite convenient.
