The room is a lot smaller than i thought, tighly packed in with other rooms only a thin wall away, and its very noisy in the location we stayed - the bins being collected at 5am was good fun (I know this cant be helped by the hotel). The room was very clean, and very modern, however, which was a great touch. It would have been great if there was tea making facilities though.

I had to change room because the aircon didn’t work in the original one. The guy was really helpful and upgraded me because it couldn’t be fixed. Loved that.

Location was brilliant, very close to commercial street and Spitalfields market. The room was very small, no window and the bed could have been comfier. But it was by no means a bad stay. Did us rightly for 2 nights. More pillows could have elevated the bed massively. The hotel were selling crisps and drinks which were dear and £1.50 for a packet of walkers is a rip off. But overall a good stay and very clean.

The location was incredibly convenient. Close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The staff was friendly and attentive, and check in was smooth.

Easy access to a shopping and restaruant area very close to the hotel. Staff was great amd very helpfull. Good access by bus or taxi to center of London. Rooms are very small and do not have a relaaible chair.

Tiny room for the price. Paid £350 for 2 nights for a double room. It felt like sleeping in a cupboard. About half the size of a premiere in room. Aircon didn’t work and all doors swing shut with such force and no soft closure the room rattled every time someone came in or out of a nearby room. I was kept up into the early hours by guests slamming doors and talking in hallways. I will not be returning and would not recommend for anyone who needs to get up early to work. Staff were nice but did nothing to resolve issues.

Nice room, small but comfortable, warm and quiet. Nice bathroom and good shower. Pity there are not electric outputs on both sides of the bed and that the folding bedside table in Room 140 is damaged

Good location, small room

Good location near Liverpool St and Shoreditch tube stations. Lots of food places around. Room was small so only really suitable for one person without too much luggage
