Great hotel in an excellent, quiet area that has many food options. Staff were lovely and friendly, and the hotel is clean. The rooms are VERY cozy/small but they were nice and suited our needs. Breakfast was very tasty.

Stayed in a few areas around Earlscourt before but this place is the best one so far, quiet I mean you don't hear any traffic from the room we stayed in. The only thing I complain is the lack of plate even a small plate to dish out your croissant during breakfast. Other than that it was all good. And will defintely stay in this hotel again 😊

Paid for a room with windows but got one without any windows at all. Also, we were supposed to have breakfast included but was surprised when we were told that breakfast wasn’t included on the first night but was included on the 2nd day. Who would book a room with breakfast for just one day? The room was also tiny. Reminded me of the hotels in Japan. Patrycia and Shay made our stay as pleasant as possible though.

Good hotel!
The rooms are very small, but if you are planning on exploring the town and just sleeping at the hotel, it gets the job done! The outside of the hotel does not look appealing but once you get in the lobby, everything looks nice and updated. We enjoyed our stay and staff was friendly!

The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very fresh and healthy. The room was small but very clean and modern and why do you need to be in your room in London! I would definitely stay here again.

We found the property clean and the staff very welcoming. Some good points about the property... -The area leans more residential so it was very quiet in the evening. -We were within reasonable walking distance to a bus stop and the Earl's Court Undergound making it easy to get to the things we wanted to do. - There were numerous restaurants within walking distance. Our only gripe was the size of the room and bathroom, both very, very small. We've traveled extensively in Europe for almost 20 years and could only think of one other property we've stayed abroad that was smaller.

I arrived early at the hotel, and waited for hours for a room, since check-in time is 3:00pm. My room had no windows, the air conditioner was loud, and housekeeping only clean your room after three days. But, transportation is excellent, and some of the staff members are friendly and professional. There's a fee for early check-in $15 dollars, and $11 dollars for breakfast...,

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip! The location was perfect! It was close to many activities and locations in London, and close to the train station! Lovley hotel all the staff were exellent and really friendly. 5 mins walk from Earls court which has lovley bars and restaurants and then 20 mins walk from south Kensington where the natural history museum is. Really easy to get around on the tube as Earls court is on the picadilly and district lines

This hotel is a boutique hotel so don’t expect much extras, but it’s definitely worth it if your wanting to stay in a clean, safe and has easy access to public transportation.

Lovely hotel for the price. had mood lighting, air conditioning, 24/7 food/bar and good location didn’t have amenities for making coffee or tea which was a shame, there was also a black hair in the bathroom which is minor but gross (wasnt mine as i am blonde) but overall lovely
