Floors were filthy. When booking it said room cleaned on request. When checking in for three nights, they said no housekeeping. However without notice, they came in and took trash entering w/o permission.

Staff is friendly and check in was fast and easy. We arrived at noon and they were able to check us in and give us a room. Water dispenser in lobby. You can buy a cup of coffee or tea and soda and pastry. Hotel is on a busy six lane street but you cannot hear the cars outside. We stayed in a double on -1. It had a sliver of a window. AC works fine. The room was extremely clean except for the wooden chair which I had to wipe down with soap and water because the seat was greasy. Only one usb port so I had to charge my phone using my portable battery pack so my husband could plug his phone in. The room is small and if you have more than 2 check-in luggage, 2 carry-on luggage and 2 personal items for 2 people, it will be tight by US standards but still doable for an overnight. Very close to Earl’s Court Underground station. Walk on Earl’s Court, cross the street when you get to West Cromwell and turn left.

Good location in close distance to Earls Court station. Room is cosy and just big enough, clean and good looking. A towel rack would be good if you want to be eco friendly but you cant hang them well to dry. Also, if booked through a platform…13£ breakfast, come on. Storing luggage was free last time but now 3£ per bag, which is simply money making and not OK

This property is so convenient because it is close to a lot of restaurants and major tube lines with a direct line to Heathrow Airport. The staff ws great too--friendly, helpful and professional. The only problem I had was the room was very small, but I guess this is true of most of the hotels of this kind and price range in London.

Hotel with friendly staff and quite accessible.

Had a comfortable stay, clean room and bathroom. Accessible to the underground transport and one stop train to Heathrow terminals. Friendly, helpful and obliging staff. I think the room is quite small for the price we had to pay. A small kettle would be nice in the room.
