A one-night stay that was really enjoyable—-room was very clean, well equipped (loved the blackout drapes and comfortable bed), extremely quiet. Just wish the Wifi had been stronger/more stable.
It is very basic. Staff okay but not very helpful.
Restaurant is very limited and just okay.
If you can afford $50 more stay at one of the other more comfortable chains.
This is what I will do in future

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service
My room was sufficient for a short stay. But it’s not somewhere great. The staff forced me to donate to a charity to print out a boarding pass. It also took an excruciating amount of time for the staff to know how their printer works. There are no water fountains. My room did not provide traditional toilet paper and instead substituted with a half empty napkin-like dispenser of small thin tissues. The bed had a cool backlight which was a highlight. The wifi was unable to stream anything. Also there was no hair conditioner or hand lotion provided as other common hotels would typically provide. The in-hotel restaurant was not bad.
Great place when needing a stop over. Quick checkins, clean lobby, has restaurant and bar on site. Food was good. Lots of options on the buffet. Room was cery clean, beds comfortable. Not much on the TV especially for kids. Quiet and comfortable. Nothing in the area so a bit isolated if long layover. Shuttle (paid) offered to and from terminals 2,3 and 5. Would definitely stay again
This was a good, affordable place to stay and travel into London on the train. We are Americans and were able to navigate the bus and train around the hotel with no trouble. We loved the veg options at the hotel restaurant. The hotel vending machines had good snacks AND American electric adaptors! The hotel was quiet even when the downstairs bar was very lively. Our only critique is that the hotel wifi was barely workable.
We stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions during our recent trip from Oz to Europe. On each occasion we had difficulty in establishing pre=payment for our room, however the issue was quickly sorted. In my view this issue should not have occurred.
The hotel provided a comfortable stay and was a good choice in relation to its house dining facilities and its proximity to London Heathrow. It also serves as a pickup point for shuttles to cruises leaving from Harwich, which was convenient, and is close to public bus routes to various tourist destinations eg Windsor Castle, Kingston-On-Thames. The latter provided good shopping, good pubs and historical aspects.
We would stay there again.
this is a very nice hotel located close to Heathrow, which was good for us, as we had a very early morning flight home. There are 2 of these hotels in close proximity to the airport, so confirm your address when trying to get directions to the hotel. But staff was very friendly and when they accidentally gave us a single bed, instead of 2 beds, they immediately corrected it for us.
