I stayed here for 1 night before my flight. The hotel itself looks a bit old, but I was pleasantly surprised that the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really appreciated having fresh towels and a working shower, which made the short stay easier.
The main downside for me was the bathroom and hallways. The bathroom wasn’t tiled but had a strange carpet-like flooring with odd stains, and the hallways also showed noticeable stains, which didn’t give the best impression.
Breakfast was available for £13.99, with standard options like eggs, mushrooms, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, and cereals. The selection was average, but fair for the price.
Check-in around midnight was smooth and easy, which I appreciated after a long flight. Getting to the hotel cost me £25 by cab, though you can also take a bus for about £7, and the ride to and from the airport is only around 15 minutes.
Overall, for the very affordable price, I’d consider staying again for just 1 short night, but not for a longer trip.
