Good location. Friendly staff. However they didn’t come to clean the room and the night time staff were more focused on sleeping. Bed was uncomfortable.. just two twin beds pushed together..

Staff very pleasant, breakfast great in modern clean restaurant. Nice hotel, well maintained but you can tell it's well used. Cannot fault it for its price, great value for money!

Room had a good view. Air conditioning was great and was a must as the elevator lobby was quite hot. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day with lots of selection. Staff was good and we liked that they would leave your room alone unless requested for room service.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. We were 2 adults and 2 kids 15 and 12 years. Although it was a bit tight with the for of us for the week, we were so busy in London it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was great and everyone was happy. I recommend a few more hooks in the bathroom/room as there wasn't many places to hang towels etc.

Nice clean place, had a few staff issue but that was sorted. Nice large room clean area. Had trouble with restaurant done stairs not taking out westpac cards demanding cash it happened twice. I was so pissed, I wouldn't go back and the food was nice :-) we traveled around the world with the same cards, defo tax job.

Pleasant and convenient hotel for our stay of a family of 4 last month. Just a 5 min walk to Paddington Station, there aren't many bells and whistles, but it does the job. One issue is that they send out towels and linens to be washed, and the delivery for the whole hotel didn't come in one day, so we had to use hand towels for our showers. Small blip that the staff were apologetic about and it was out of their control, but still a nuisance.

Great staff and accommodations met our needs. Location was 7 min walk to Paddington station. We were caught off guard the first night when we realized that the area was closed off after a certain hour around the hotel which required we go a long way around. The area near the hospital was a little suspect after hours. Overall, would highly recommend this location.

Nice hotel - Not easy to find

Terrible location to find at first. Google maps took me all over the place trying to find the hotel. This hotel needs to contact Google and tell them to map it properly. Hotel itself was nice.
