The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. They only change bedsheets after a 3 night stay, which was puzzling for me because I was of the understanding that the bedsheets should be changed every day unless stated otherwise by the guest. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind you, the A/C turns off automatically every night no matter how many times you turn it on. It keeps turning off during the night, which makes the room to be very hot and then you start sweating in the bedsheets that won't be changed untill after 3-5 nights of stay. However, during the day the A/C works perfectly. The room I had was considered a premier plus, but it didn't have a microwave to warm any food I had, they could not provide wash cloths/face-towels. We only had to do with towels.
