The staff were very nice. I had a very positive experience overall and would definitely come back again. The location is very good and walking distance to London eye.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, las instalaciones son nuevas y muy bonitas. Solamente que estuvimos 3 días y no han hecho servicio de limpieza en la habitación. El personal muy atento.

Primera vez en Londres, requeríamos un lugar limpio, cómodo y asequible, y este hotel lo cumple. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con las habitaciones y con el restaurante donde tomábamos los desayunos, y cenamos una noche. Sin duda es un muy buen lugar para empezar a conocer la ciudad.
