This was a really good stay and really good rates for London. The hotel is walking distance to the station and very close to the excel. The staff were really friendly and upgraded us to a family room. The room was clean and had tea and coffee. There is a secure car park which is locked up. Overall I was happy with the stay and service. Will definitely book again in the future 😊

This was an alternative stay that I booked after them first stay turned out to be a disaster. I stayed in a recently finished, modern annex. Nothing negative to mention about this stay apart from the fact that I would’ve liked access to the building to be more flexible for non-residents. You cannot buzz anyone in; you have to personally walk down and open the door for them. I do, however, understand that this is done in the interest of safety for all hotel residents.

The property was clean and tidy but i wouldn't recommend to those who are running away from abuses and harassment because the hotel stuffs won't protect you from from your enemies they I'll put you on the ground floor room and you're going to have your enemies above your head and next to you and they'll keep you up all night.
