The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the fire alarm went off twice one morning and once another morning. All fire alarms went off between 6-7am, which disturbed our sleep and caused us a great deal of concern. When asked about why the alarms went off, the staff told us that a toaster in the breakfast room was the cause because guests set the temperature too high. Perhaps, then, don't use that toaster? Or have a staff member watching to ensure that guests aren't setting the temperature too high?

The hotel was very nice. The only gripe is, I made reservations through Expedia at a certain rate. The hotel changed rooms on me, then raised their rate dramatically in addition to charging me a $250 “incidental deposit.” I still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

The suite was a good size and efficient. The French doors between the living room and bedroom were glass only and could use a curtain for privacy when someone is staying on the pullout.
