Lovely property literally steps away from Bond street tube station and very good value for money and kind and helpful staff! Our fridge in our room wasn’t working and despite reporting it to the front desk, it wasn’t rectified. Apart from that will definitely stay again because the location is too good!

I love this hotel and have stayed there many times because of its convenience. Underground station (Bond) across the street. Elizabeth line takes you to Heathrow. And Oxford Street on your doorstep.

Very Good, friendly staff no big issues. The tv was a bit random with its display had to turn it off at night. We given two free breakfasts when they knew it was a special occasion.

Very helpful receptionist, Naomi, presented very warm and welcoming face of the hotel and great point of contact. Breakfast, although, not included was quite excellent in terms of quality ingredients.

A pleasant stay.
We always stay here due to its location. This time we were on the 7th floor. The room was great apart from two things. The windows weren’t double glazed and we could hear a lot of noise (which has never happened on lower floors) and the heating done via AC didn’t work well. Staff at the cafe bar are lovely.

Lovely small hotel, very central and great transport links. Felt very personable and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed quiet drinks in the bar after a busy day. Definitely book again next time we visit London.

Awful.
No bedside lights so the only option is down lighters in the ceiling blazing down on you. Terrible decor. Small bed. For the price not worth it, so many better hotels about.

The hotel, rooms, and staff were perfect, couldn't be happier. The area is mostly safe, easy access to many sites, however there was so much noise late at night work Street racing noisy cars out made it difficult to sleep.
