We were in a room with a really poor layout. The worse aspects were the lack of hotel resterant services, no one answered the phone at the desk or for room service when we called at least 7 times over 3 day period. Unable to get an extra pillow or even an extra blanket.

We truly enjoyed our experience with Expedia and Radisson Blu. The room was clean, hotel is modern, the restaurant was amazing for breakfast and dinner. Location was near most everything including the British Museum. We had a blast.

A less than average hotel which we should never have stayed so many nights at: Room had stains on the carpet. Musty smell. Room cleaners were inconsistent (toilet paper and wash cloths are some kind of premium service.) Never replenished coffee options. Called for laundry service (in their service window) and they said they would be up in ten minutes. Never showed. When we called down they told us we couldn't get laundry service for that day and did nothing to compensate for their failure. We had to make our own arrangements. Hotel restaurant (which is why we booked this hotel) is beyond sub-par: waitress took so long to take and fulfill a drinks order that members of our party left. Watched a "bartender" cork two bottles of wine because he didn't know how to use a corkscrew. Pretty much a joke. The only bright sparks were the subsequent bartender (personable and surprisingly efficient) and the early morning front desk attendant that got us a cab at the crack of dawn. Certainly not the level of sophistication or quality that they advertise. Lobby perfume and techno music doesn't make this a hotel of quality in any way, shape or form. Moreover, this hotel is DEFINITELY over-priced for the service, amenities and quality. Look elsewhere.

The hotel itself was lovely but i encountered a few issues that staff didnt help resolve after several requests. Most important, there was a window shade in my room that didnt have a cord, which meant i could not lower it even at night. I was on Floor 1 so everything I did in the room i was visible to the street. I may have even mooned passengers on a double decker bus this morning. I inquired twoce about this and was told theyd send someone up. Afterwhile, when no one showed, I tried calling the front desk but the phones were out in the hotel as well. Also i didnt have a key to my room until the evening bc the machine to make them was broken. It could have been a really lovely stay eith better service.

This hotel I’ve was staying at before but I will say that the room was nice and large, bed was cozy and the hot towel bar in bathroom is lovely. The shower is very slippery I’m shocked they don’t have permanent rubber ok the floor it because slick. But overall nice hotel

I had a few reservations at this hotel because I kept needing longer to stay. This stay was for one night before I could switch to a different room and I was placed in a first floor room that while large and spacious had a staircase that looked in the only window - because I like to see light I had to place a pillow in front of it so no one could see in. It was a very unpleasant room and shouldn’t be used for any guests. The view is horrible and it’s unsafe for someone to look in with no privacy glass. Jennifer at the front desk was very understanding when I explained and said she would tell management to fix the situation but I don’t think this room should ever been given to a solo traveler or anyone

I enjoyed this hotel. It’s in an area that is close to many tube stops and walkable to covent garden which has more to do. The Main Street is very crowded but it was a good area. The room was nice - I went with two friends from college and we had a large king bed and a full pull out bed which both were very comfortable. Staff was nice but there was definitely a few that were more helpful and nice. Was disappointed that with my platinum and vip status I didn’t get upgrades, discounted meals or drinks or money off any dinners or breakfast etc. I pick hotels based on those perks which are given when booking and it was never given. Jennifer at the front desk was lovely.

Great hotel
The hotel was lovely & clean but the window could have had half of a tint at bottom so no one could see in. Had to keep blind down for privacy. Great breakfast & the staff were very friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No maintenance here all very bizarre
During my stay there was maintenance or construction that wasn’t mentioned when I check in, it ultimately ruined what was otherwise a nice stay. I called reception at 11pm on Saturday and was informed there were no works in the hotel, it was likely noise from a neighbouring building! My room was in the middle of the hotel. Hotel reception came up to the room to check a reported water leak from my room. I was told the room below was flooded and the maintenance stopped. Reception denied again any works - all very bizarre. 7am on Sunday the noise started again. I filmed a video as proof and offered this to the hotel. To date after two chasers the hotel have not responded. I recommend being up front it would have allowed me to make an informed decision, if the hotel was at capacity I could have booed elsewhere.

Breakfast was brilliant. The communal areas of the hotel were lovely. The standard room itself was incredibly disappointing. Bed size was a small double (not a standard double, as suggested). We barely slept for the two nights we were there. Space around the bed was very limited but the wooden bedframe overhung the mattress, meaning it was easy to bang your leg every time you walked round. Given the price I would not stay here again

I did not receive the vip benefit that was advertised at this hotel. I also booked a premium room and was put in a standard room. When I notified the front reception, the response was very careless and I was told nothing they could do until the following day. The staff who on the following day were much more helpful and they moved me into the proper room that I booked, on the 2nd day.
