The reception manager, Ruben, is phenomenal. He helped to solve my reservation issue in a very professional manner and provided me with free breakfast for my entire stay. Thank you. The room was nice. The highlights are the towels. Fluffy and nice. The shower is a bit difficult because the shower head does not have a great adjuster for the water. Plus, the shower panel (door) does not stop the water from dripping on the floor, which leaves a puddle of water on the floor on the sides of the toilet that runs into the main standing area of the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. The pillows are so soft and pliable which makes for a cozy and comfortable sleeping experience. Great view of Bloomsbury Street. The breakfast is tasty with a good selection of food items (e.g., eggs, bacon, sausages, grilled mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, toast, an assortment of fruits, cereal, grains, pastries, avocado dip, and a variety of breakfast drinks ( e.g., coffee, tea, water, apple juice, coconut water, orange juice, v and a green power drink). You can also order specialized breakfast items such as omelettes, boiled eggs, etc. The location is fantastic because you are close to the Tube (short walking distances). THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE IS FANTASTIC. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel.

Staff where very friendly and helpful hotel was was clean and room was comfortable, only issue was we had not hot water on the Saturday 15/3/25 had to take cold showers reported to reception shower on the Sunday was a bit better but not much. Apart for the shower situation very nice stay.

We had no hot water for 2/3 nights of our stay. The phone in my room was not working, the coffee machine was sometimes working. And now I got an over charged bill from the breakfast the receptionist offered us at check in. He told us breakfast was included.

Check in poor, the two ladies on reception were unwelcoming and impersonal, unlike on previous visits when they were friendly. We arrived early to make the most of the day in London and understood that our room would not be ready at 11:30 but despite returning at 2.40 the room was still not ready and we were told it would not be ready until 15.00. We had thought about eating at the hotel restaurant but decided that as the room was not ready we would eat out. The same two receptionists were on duty the following morning when we checked out, they did not ask if we had enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and decor was underwelming despite being a premium room. The shower was over a bath and not very good, the tap on the sink was very wobbly. However the bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep. Breakfast provided a good choice of options and it is set out nicely. The staff at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. We have enjoyed staying at this hotel on a number of occasions but felt that it was not up to its usual standard on this visit which was disappointing.

Apart from the fantastic dinner in the restaurant, the hotel neads a review to check whats working in each room. Everything is broken or empty. Pretty poor facilities for a 4 star.

Great hotel and staff.

Hotel is great. All staff are very welcoming. The front of house manager Zubin Lobo was great and met all customers by name. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Highly recommended.
