Not the greatest stay. Carpet threadbare and water left in ice bucket so clearly not cleaned. Shower tray dirty and very noisy as extractor fan constantly on. Disappointing considering the price and will definitely not stay there again.

Front desk staff really helpful. Free early check in! Tv has hdmi, which was great! Air conditioning didn’t really cool the room down at all, too far from bed. Was in room 475 which is shaped strangely so that the air con is miles away from bed. Door stiff and mould on bathroom roof.

Even though they advertised that they have airport shuttle service, you are not able to leave your car there. This made no sense to us, especially since I called ahead to see if we could leave our car there. At the last minute we had to make other arrangements to get to the airport with our cars.

Excellent location. A comfortable stay.

This hotel is conveniently located next to Warren Street tube. Euston Square tube is a very short distance away. Perfect location if you are going to Wembley Stadium/ Arena and much better value than Wembley hotels. Took us 20 minutes to reach Wembley via Euston Square and only 30 minutes to get out of the stadium, straight onto the tube and back to the hotel. The facilities are good. Very comfy bed and a window that opens for fresh air (air con also available if preferred). The restaurant was excellent for pre concert meal and the bar served us on return. Easy check in and out.
