Convenient location. Pros: decent sized room, with good AC, kettle, fridge and safe. Cons: if you’re in a room “across the bridge”, there are stairs (no lift) so be advised if you have luggage. In the room, I had a strobing bathroom light and both windows leaked when it rained heavily. One was particularly bad: I woke up to puddles of water and wet belongings. I did report both issues to reception on check out (I only stayed one night), but these should be resolved before guests are assigned to a room. Overall, convenient location but disappointing condition.

Not what i would exoect from a radisson at £350 per night .. reception staff tried to put me in a room next to a beer garden and i complained he said it was the quitest area ?? Then i got moved to a higher room which was better. The rooms and bathrooms were tiny . Breakast was ok but had to make my own tea , no one approached me to offer but the ladies next to me did. My deal said £222 then jumped to £350 on confirmation . Reception told me they couldn’t charge my phone at the desk or bar . Been travelling to work in london 25 years … this was not a good hotel . Avoid

For the price I'd expect a little more. The room was dated, seals in bathroom were mouldy, I could hear the humming of some kind of generator constantly in my room. I was getting changed in the morning around 8AM, I was naked in my room, when housekeeping just walked in without knocking. Not so much as an apology. This was over £250 per night!

I would not stay at this hotel again. The location is convenient but the hotel itself not very comfortable. Our room was an awkward shape where one of us had to edge round a small gap at the end of the bed to access the other side, or climb across the other person. There was a small step halfway across the room that was a trip hazard if getting up in the night to use the bathroom, especially as there were no bedside lights, only the overhead lights that would risk waking the other sleeping person. It wasn't very clean, with a previous guest's hair visible on the towel rail and "clean" face cloth. The extractor in the bathroom was not working or poorly functioning as it became a steam room after a shower with everything drenched, including the toilet roll, in condensation and water running down the walls to create puddles on the floor. This is obviously a long standing issue as oils have leached from the paint across the ceiling and walls. There are no power sockets near the bed, the nearest are located across the room and down the step. It was also very noisy with tube trains rumbling beneath every few minutes 24 hours a day.

Ett hotell vi bott på flera gånger. Läget är perfekt med många olika buss-, tunnelbane-, och tåglinjer i närheten. Det är lätt att ta sig vart som helst. Rummen är stora och har kylskåp vilket passar oss. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsamma. Tyvärr är en del möbler väldigt slitna och nedsuttna, skickar med en bild på en ganska äcklig stol vi hade på rummet. Sängarna är också slitna men funkar. Det finns också badkar med dusch istället för fristående dusch, det känns väldigt gammaldags och onödigt. Jag saknar möjlighet att källsortera skräp, men det kanske är typiskt svenskt ☺️
