Half of the staff was totally clueless as to proper customer service. Toilet was broken first night. I had to ask for housekeeping service every day I was there. Also guests should be warned that the (crappy) street that this hotel is on is closed to traffic Mon-Sat from 3:00-7:00 pm., which creates an ordeal if you need a cab during that time.

Great location, good breakfast, excellent service.

The location is exceptional, with great mobility options. The staff was very friendly (especially Julian in the reception) and helpful. The breakfast was what you'd expect and a bit more.

I stayed here for a long weekend trip to London. My room was somehwhat outdated, however the bathroom was more modern and most importantly, clean. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and thankfully I didn't have any problems during my stay. The location was a convenient walk from Euston station and a variety of bus lines, as well as a 20 minute walk from the more busy areas like Soho and connected tube lines. Overall it was a convenient, pleasant stay.

Great hotel with great service and cleanliness. My only disappointment was that I couldn't sleep with the window open as there was some sort of fan outside just below my window. Minor detail and not enough to ask to change rooms. I slept soundly regardless - the room was well laid out and had everything required for a business trip.

Avoid if you want to sleep.

The walls in the the room and duvet are of a similar thickness. Around the 2mm mark. Could hear every person walking past the room like they were in with you and the windows kept out zero outside noise. The duvet was little more than a sheet which left me cold all night Tiny , tired looking room with awful curtains. Didn’t feel clean. All for the bargain price of £155 per night !!! Only pros were 1) reception area looks quite nice 2) the mattress was actually comfy 3) location perfect for an early train to Euston. However , next time i need to be near Euston, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
