Very convenient to the tube and the local restaurants. Quiet at night. Housekeeping was great and rooms were sorted well. Thank you for a good stay. PS-regardless of your status with Expedia or Radisson, early check in only happens when you pay for early check in. Wish it was different. I got to the hotel before 9am (and I emailed about this) but did not get a room til the evening. They were not sold out! Staff was super nice and did not promise anything. I am sure this is a daily occurrence. If they told me to pay a fee, I may have done so....I saw the email sent prior to arrival. That is the only reason I knew there was a 125 fee for early check in. It was never verbally offered, though!

Great central property! Very clean and modern. Great staff, great breakfast. The only criticism I have is that I didn’t know I could ask for vegetarian sausages at breakfast and I didn’t know either that I could ask for eggs &c to be cooked for me. It might be worth just telling guests this sort of thing when they enter the breakfast area or when they are served coffee.

The name of the hotel is a bit misleading as it is not really on Tottenham Road. It’s off a small street. The staff weren’t terribly accommodating. It seems they just wanted to rush people in and out. Not very attentive. Also the room was incredibly small. The bathroom had mold in the soap dish in the shower, which I had to stand sideways because it was long and narrow. The toilet in the bathroom was so close- almost up against- the wall. It was very uncomfortable. Not up to Radisson Blu standards. Would not recommend.

Sadly a less than positive review. The lack of care by the staff to help fix some reservation issues was less than helpful. Rather than trying to find a solution they just kept saying it wasn’t their fault ( and it wasn’t) so they didn’t need to help. It meant however they because of a third party booking glitch, my daughter and I were not in a suitable room, still paying a very expensive tariff On top of this the carpet of the hallways on our floor had rubbish on it for the 2 days we were there. So given the miss on expectations for the price paid. I was not impressed and would not re book.

Not the usual Radisson standard.
The room was mostly as described and was very clean. There were a few issues with room. The shower was missing half a door and was very mouldy. Although the room itself was clean, the carpet in the room was coming away from the skirting’s and everything felt a little poorly finished. If you turned on your own air con the noise was too loud to sleep- If you opened your window and someone else had their air in on it was too loud to sleep. Unlike most Radisson group hotels I have stayed in before, the walls are really thin and you can hear every noise from the corridor and adjoining rooms - certainly not helpful for a good nights sleep. Given the room was been prepaid, check in took an age.

Room was amazingly small with a very tiny window and bed linen was slightly dirty. During our stay we were never given a room key as the key system was down which was very annoying. We had to ask a member of staff to escort us every time we went back to the room. During breakfast we asked for two fried eggs which didn’t arrive for 25 minutes which was no good as by then we had finished our breakfast ! The server could not really speak English so couldn’t understand why we no longer wanted them. Stopped here before and found it to be very good, but this time it was appalling.

This hotel was like Fawlty Towers. The entire stay the room key cards weren’t working so you had to wait by reception for someone to walk you to your room causing delays. Then there was no electricity on check out day for hours so we had to shower in the dark etc. apparently they had no maintenance to look at it until 10am!

Good location. Room was ok, but a little grubby in places. Soft furnishings in need of updating. Restaurant was fine, food ok but not excellent. Restaurant was very cold at both dinner and breakfast time. Nothing wrong with this hotel, but nothing special either.

Check-in took a long time, there were not enough staff for the amount of people checking in. The hotel was incredibly warm and the temperature control in the room did not work meaning the window had to be fully open all night

The room was very old and small, there was dirt in a towel in the bathroom, the telephone did not work, there was no WiFi information in the room, the tv was pixelated and could not watch properly, the aircon did not work, had the same temperature coming out of it no matter what heat I put it on, and that was very warm. Besides that, the breakfast was good and the staff was excellent! Shame about the poor condition of the room. Not expected from a hotel like Radisson, very disappoint and I don’t think I will be staying with Radisson again.
