All of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. Sardor especially went above and beyond to help us navigate a special night! The rooms were quaint, clean, quiet. Just enough room to sleep well and get ready to see the town! The location was great! 11/10 would recommend!!

The property is clean and in a great, easy, central location (which is why I booked). Hotel is dated and could use some upgrades though (such as room carpet). Overall though I'd stay there again.

Excellent staff and service, good sized room and great breakfast. Only downside were the pillows. We had 1 pillow each (most hotels give 2 each) and they were uncomfortable. We should have asked for an extra pillow as I'm sure they would have accommodated as the staff were lovely

Do not stay. Spend more to stay elsewhere
I couldn’t resist the deal of staying in such a great location for fewer than £175/night in summer in London and the reviews look good. Run away from this place. My room was so antiquated and dirty - I can’t confirm but it looked liked mold and at minimum dark dust from the bathroom vents. My room also shared one wall with a connected building undergoing construction every morning at 8AM on the dot and another wall connected to the staff stairwell. It was so loud and noisy that it would have been impossible to get a good nights sleep. Immediately I went back online only to read more reviews about how people are being paid to give good reviews! No way is this anywhere above 3 stars. I was originally supposed to stay for 3 nights and moved elsewhere for the final 2 nights. Spend a little more to stay elsewhere. The only nice things I have to say about this place is that the staff are very kind and the hotel location is fantastic.

The hotel was good. Very clean and staff were nice. We unfortunately where given a room right next to an access door so it was very noisy in the mornings. But other than that, everything was fine. Location is good and very accessible if using the underground.

Had a great stay despite a 7am fire alarm! Lovely staff. Amazingly comfortable bed. Small room but ideal for me. Perfect location. I enjoyed breakfast. Would usually be out of my price range but found a good price here.

Ideal location for exploring Covent Garden & Soho. The staff were very friendly especially the ladies on reception. Room was complete with everything you need, kettle, Nespresso machine, iron, hairdryer & safe. Bathroom was well equipped with a selection of different sized towels, heated towel rail, and lovely UK made cruelty free toiletries (Noble Isle). Included was body/hand wash, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion, so you could travel really light if you wanted. Only downside was the bathroom set up, you have to be standing in the bath to run the bath. Found that to be a bit inconvenient.

The front desk was especially excellent. I was offered an early check in and a VIP upgrade when I mentioned my status. A check in experience. Location was perfect for my needs. Walkable to Soho, West End, St Pancras. The room itself was tiny, even for an upgrade. This was a solo room for sure. The bed itself was comfortable and the room was clean, but very basic. Not even a picture on the wall. To be honest, not Radisson quality, and I paid $200 for the even smaller room? I’ve done better for less in this immediate area and for a branded chain, this was more of a hostel bedroom size, not a full service chain. That being said - check in and location excellent. Clean and quiet. But I wouldn’t stay here for this price again.

Beyond disappointed hotel and room
As you walk into hotel foyer is very impressive so is the bar. Our room was not ready for the check in time and had to wait 45 mins. When we finally got our room number 410 we were greeted with a door that didn’t cater for the disabled person in our group the door didn’t open wide enough for her to go through with her walking aid It was a family room as we were a party of 3 One king size bed and a sofa bed which collapsed when I sat on it To accommodate this extra bed a coffee table was put at the side of the main bed which meant the person could not get out of bed without climbing over the table There was damp on the wall in bedroom and also in the bathroom. The bedroom carpet was dirty and the room had a few moths flying around After complaining about the sofa bed they offered another single room to use without charge which we accepted. I’ve stayed in a few Radisson Blu hotels and have never had any complaints about them but the Kenilworth one was not up to standard and would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Perfect for an overnight to take in a show
A perfectly satisfactory place for us to stay for our anniversary trip to town to see Frank Skinner. Everything was satisfactory apart from the restaurant dinner which was very good and the breakfast which was excellent. Is probably a bit overpriced for what it is as some elements are a bit tired but this was a reward night for us so not a major concern.

Located in within walkable distance to many amenities and tube stations this hotel is in a great location! The hotel staff were very professional and friendly, willing to assist in making our stay enjoyable (sadly the attached Bloomsbury Street Lounge restaurant staff were not as accommodating or friendly). The premium room was spacious and had all the amenities we required for our trip. The only thing we did not enjoy about our visit was the fire alarm going off every other day at 7am (one day it went off three times between 7am-8am disrupting our sleep) but that is not something that can be controlled and it is better to be safe - so that is not really a strike against the hotel. Overall it was an amazing place to stay and I will stay in the same hotel next time i am in London! Really enjoyed our visit and the accommodations!

Stayed in a Premium room. A/C on full blast was lacking. The plug-ins were on the opposite wall of the bed, and there were no outlets by the bed, which means you had to have a 3 meter cord if you wished to be in bed and using a charging electronic. Otherwise clean, friendly, hoppin area.

Great location
Hotel is well located near the British Museum. Breakfast was good, and there are options available outside the buffet that we only learned about 3 days into our stay. Housekeeping was great, but otherwise the service seemed below what we expected for the hotel. Decor in the room is a bit dated, allowing dust to accumulate. Otherwise would stay again in the future.

What is the point of booking a VIP hotel, when there is no upgrade. Even when they are still selling superior rooms at 11pm. No mention of food and beverage discount. We checked in at 11. Sat there for 40 minuites as no reservation. Left came back at 10.30pm still not checked in. No upgrade no food and beverage discount. Small room looking at a brick wall. Paid for breakfast in advance asked multi times is breakfast included. Shouldnt they know that. Expedia i really question your VIP program last 3 times i used it no amenity or upgrade. Do yourselves a favour remove this hotel from the VIP program. As they are making you look bad.

No as expected
I booked two twin bedrooms for myself, mother and two teenage daughters. We were told on check in that only one twin was available. I had to share a small double bed my daughter who is almost 6 feet tall in a very small room. You had to step into the bathroom and shut the door to manoeuvre round use the toilet, sink and shower. Not much sleep was had by either of us.
