Generally very good. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool on warm days. (room 524). Need to replace/add flexible water seal under tub/shower glass door. Leaked too much water onto the floor during every shower. Staff was good !

The hotel is situated in a good location, the main areas are clean and the staff are friendly but the condition of the room was appalling. Some lights weren’t working, the bathroom was in disrepair with the flush and sink hanging off the wall, the bathmat was mouldy and the air conditioning was broken. We arrived to check in at 3pm but asked to wait as the room was still being cleaned then inspected - but neither was done very well as we found items from the last guest on the floor.

The location was perfect. It was easily accessible from Heathrow Terminals 2, 3, and 5 on the Elizabeth Line and two blocks from the Tottenham Station. The restaurant staff were exceptional. They made sure that my delicious breakfast was safe for me as I have multiple food allergies. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The British Museum and theatres were withing a walkable distance.

We had to change rooms 3 times as the air conditioning wasn’t working. The last room was noisy (by the elevator and doors to other rooms. I just couldn’t change rooms again so we stuck it out. The concierge was great as was the check in staff. But we were disappointed with the air conditioning issues. It was not inexpensive so I expected a bit more.

Location is very good but the rooms are very tired. We had a very old and not clean bath mat, a toilet flush handle hanging off and tissue paper stuck in the door spy hole as it was obviously broken. Not really 4 star. Bar closed at 10.30 on Saturday night and no resident bar- not known that happen before at any comparable 4 star London hotel.

My room was small with little storage space. The carpet was shabby and there was a big stain close to the bed. There was no kettle, just a coffee machine which didn't heat water sufficiently to make tea. And the coffee capsules tasted awful.
