We have stayed at this Radisson several times and never think about changing our accommodations. The location is perfect for seeing London…walking distance to most museums, theaters, and historic sites. Plus there are wonderful restaurants right outside the door.

Booked a double room but when checked in got told we had a twin. After a protest we were told we had been upgraded to a double. Bed lovely and comfortable. Room tiny! This I my eyes was not an upgrade! Very disappointed. Booked through Hotels.com and felt we were penalised for doing so.

Location of hotel is great. Staff are very friendly but standard room was below standard . Not enough room to hang clothes, bed was not comfortable at all . Blinds poor and very poor view. No toilet on ground floor. I would come again for locations but facilities need improvement . No mini bar
