Not close to O2

Hotel is nice but don’t be fooled by google maps - it’s not close to the O2! Or at least not walking distance so not a very convenient place if you want to go to a concert or be central.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. Wild staff was excellent. The front desk managers Matthew @son of God” and the Muslim gentleman were both terrible in their different ways. I intend to file a lawsuit against the hotel because of this treatment.

Beautiful Hotel. Rooms were luxurious and wonderful view of the Thames River. Magnificent breakfasts. Probably the best breakfast I have had at any hotel. Staff were friendly and catered to every need. Area behind the hotel with the large apartment blocks and damaged cars on the street was a little unnerving , however once behind the security gates for the hotel it felt safe and comfortable. Lovely walk along the river and very convent to the O2 for entertainment. Can’t fault the restaurant. Top class service and food. Room service and cleanliness were 5 star. All in all, loved my stay and would definately stay again.

Not value for money

The hotel itself is lovely and the check-in process was smooth. However, our stay was spoilt by several issues. The key cards couldn't be programmed, meaning we had to go to reception every time we needed access to our room. The phone in our room wasn't working, making it impossible to contact room service or reception for assistance. While I can usually cope with such inconveniences, the high price we paid made these problems unacceptable. Additionally, when we returned in the evening, we were unable to purchase water because the card machine wasn't working, and the hotel didn't offer complimentary water. Overall, the experience did not match the cost. --- Does this work for you?

Bar staff really rude. Couldnt be bothered to serve us. Got back to the hotel late to be told we wasnt allowed to buy bottles of water as the card payment machine wasnt working. Was told that they couldn't help as the snack bar is an independent company. Asked for the manager and was told he was upstairs and not coming down. We paid alot of money for the night and just expected better service. Will never stay here again and definitely do not recommend

Disappointed with Raddisson.

It was made very inconvenient as the locks on our room doors were down. Every time we need to go to our room, we had to wait for a member of staff to be available to escort. Which also made check-in long. They wouldn't even let us purchase any food from the shop in reception when we returned from our event due to whatever issue they were having with thier systems. The locks were still a problem the next morning.
