A brief stay only a few hours so we didn’t get to enjoy most of the amenities. The reception staff were lovely and extremely accommodating. There is a shop close by that sells essentials. About a 20 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube station and Elizabeth line station. By the edge of the river overlooking a view of the o2 arena. The room was clean and spacious with enough room open suitcases. There was a desk, armchair and ample seating. The breakfast buffet was delicious with options for different diets including vegan. There was a spacious shower with toiletries provided, a bathtub and a bidet alongside the toilet. The bed was large with bedside lamps and multiple charging sockets. Would recommend a stay here, looking forward to coming back!

I’m writing to report a rather unpleasant behaviour of your reception staff at the end of our stay at Radisson Blu Canary Wharf London which ruined our overall experience. My family ladies were at the reception waiting area after our check out and I had gone to get my parked car. We had our soiled shoes in the laundry bag. The male receptionist on 28/05/2025 AM told my family members that it costs 25£ for the laundry bag and not free for us to take. I have stayed at multiple Radisson Blu hotels both on the UK and abroad, and I have never encountered any staff behave this rude. I does not hurt me to pay 25 quid more having paid more than 500 £ for the stay. I don’t gain anything by reporting this, but such inappropriate behavior would definitely impact me choosing this hotel chain again in the future.

Lovely hotel but the title is incorrect It is no where near Canary Wharf Nearest train station is Blackwall This hotel is in Blackwall not Canary Wharf Also it is a good 15 min walk from the station Will not stay here again due to location We booked thinking it was Canary Wharf but it is not it is in Blackwall
