Hotel nice. Rooms basic, tried to charge service charge on room at checkout (not clear on booking) dinner massively over priced and average. Breakfast a disaster. Coffee asked for 3 times. Filthy cup and just a total rip off for what it is. Far better 5 star hotels in london.

The neighborhood vibes of Nobu Portman Square
Solid overall. The bed was a bit soft for my wife and my taste, so we had back aches waking up … but maybe we’re 48 and old? Food and drinks were awesome! Service at breakfast was a bit all over the place, with very infrequent check ins / ordering, etc … Portman Square a super cool neighborhood. Awesome coffee shops and restaurants just steps from your hotel.

Disappointingly average
A disappointing stay at the Nobu. A queue at check in was exacerbated by one of the check in staff having a chat in front of said queue for over 10 minutes set the tone. No one offered to help with our bags despite a number of porters standing around. Booked room with a balcony, the term should we used loosely given it barely had standing room and overlooked the remainder of the awful 70’s flats the hotel is located in (although on the inside you wouldn’t know). A disappointingly average hotel hence the average score. But service was the real problem with every interaction over our stay.
