The TV did not work. Two technicians came to fix it, but weren't able to. There was no top sheet on the bed. The lighting was so poor in the room it was difficult to read. So, the room was substandard. But, the very expensive dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good.

My first room AC was broken. I called the front desk and was advised they would send someone straight up. Over an hour later, still waiting. I call again and was advised that they would put in a ticket. 10 minutes later I was advised that the AC was broken and I would need to come get a new room key. Lugged my luggage back downstairs, to wait in line again. After traveling for 9 hours all I want is a shower. Well my new bathroom had hair stuck on several from someone else. I call the front desk, someone comes up in 20 minutes. He just wipes the wall with a napkin and walks out.

I stay at this property whenever I'm flying into or out of Heathrow. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and despite facing one of the world's busiest airports, quiet. The showers have excellent water pressure, and always have hot water. The associates are friendly and welcome, although at times perhaps a little understaffed. Most noteworthy however is the breakfast: it is a veritable smorgasbord of choice, and all of it is both fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Heathrow area!

Awful stay
It took them 4 tries to assign me a room that was not occupied. I would climb to other end of hotel to find my key didnt work. Someone was in room. Other person had passport and wallet stolen from room while i was there. The pool and sauna is open to the public. Populated. Could enjoy a peaceful time without men oohling and gollowing around spa.

Check in was fast, efficient and friendly. Food at the bar needs to be better for the prices charged. Room was good, clean and spacious. Pool and sauna good. Only complaint was housekeeping knocking on my door at 7.15am and at 8.30am. Sort of ruined my lay in.

Love the pool
Pool was good. Lovely to be able to have a dip/steam/sauna when tired. Pub opposite is ok. Petrol station with shop next door.
