The room was very dirty. The mattress has a line in between where it made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The restaurant and staff not professional. Disappointed overall

Took ages (20+ mins) to check in. Self serve computers were also offline. Shower was only luke warm despite the bath and sink running boiling water.

Thankfully was able to get a Hoppa shuttle bus from T2 Heathrow to the radisson but found the check in clerk to be unhelpful and mumbling so it was hard to hear how to connect to Wi-fi etc…and the phone to reception just rang busy all the time..also lights are only activated by putting room card in a slot which was hard to find in the dark?? Only instant coffee in the room

Great location
Great for quick overnight stay while transiting through Heathrow. Rooms small, but got everything you need. Taxi from Heathrow cost about £10 and the bookable shuttle they have was excellent for an early trip back to Heathrow and cost £8.
