Shabby and need’s updating

Rooms desperately require updating. So many marks on furniture. Curtains require replacing as there are holes in the material letting light in from outside. Bathroom sink plug needs to be replaced as water runs straight out. Sealants require renewing. The general condition of the room is considered shabby in my opinion. Not how it should look for the price paid

Hotel was fine, no issues whatsoever with the hotel. My issue is with Hotels.com as when I’d made the booking through them, and got to the hotel at 22.15 and found out that Hotels.com hadn’t paid the Hotel for my room. So after 2 hours of back and forth I eventually got to my room at 0010. 4.5 hours before I had to wake up for work.

Room was very cold, and despite calling the service desk, they only provided a portable heater instead of fixing the issue. Stayed that way until checkout. Disappointed with the lack of proper resolution.

The hotel was nice, the room was nice only thing it was a bit cold, we also had a bit of problem with the heating. Considering it wasn't as clean as l thought. We went into a room where some used the toilet and left it. Hopefully that was a one off. I would still recommend staying there.

Perfect for access to LHR's T2 terminal & free transfer bus. Welcoming & helpful staff in reception checking-in & out. Only downside was someone who looked like a staff member knocking on my room door & waking me up at 3 am! Couldn't clearly hear what he said but thought he asked to come in - told him to Go Away!!!

Didnt like check in process, self service kiosk and a member of staff standing in case help needed.. which was frequently. No personal interaction or welcome, opportunity to ask questions or receive information.seems they only interested in signing you up to loyalty scheme.in morning allowed many people to stand outside in rain waiting on Hoppa bus some 45 minutes!.. only when someone went in to ask got told bus cant get in because of cars , surely a courtesy to tell us. They pointed to another self service screen for taxi transport. Not everyone likes impersonal service.
