Pool was full and really not worth it. Food selection although buffet was not really a selection 2 pizza and the rest was indian! 30 pounds for that and then no drinks included just not a great experience.

Service Improvements

Check in was a little cumbersome, where I was asked to use self check in but Hotels.com don’t provide a reservation number that appears to be compatible with the self check in system. I am totally against the service charge that’s added on the bar. Room 4901 was very close to the lifts and therefore quite noisy in the morning from other guests and house keeping. Room was clean and tidy. Loved the bathroom and shower. Lifts in a bit of a state of disrepair, with the emergency phone going off at one point of trying to access reception. Great location for Heathrow. Service could be improved.

We really like staying here. The hotel has a good atmosphere and the restaurant usually has a good choice of food. The kitchen was being refurbished whilst we were there but the food on offer was still good but not as varied. Its very convenient for getting to the airport. One issue we noticed was that the tv kept buffering and the screen going blank on ITV.
