Rude (male) staff member, tried to charge me twice for parking, terribly overpriced breakfast (£27), absolutely filthy and mouldy bathroom, not sure the toilet had ever been cleaned. Very soft mattress.

Pleasant hotel

Very welcoming staff on reception, room was on the ground floor so perfect, huge room with the most comfortable super king bed. The only thing that let it down was the beds for the kids, was pretty much a mattress on the floor, but it was an extremely uncomfortable bed, you could feel the springs through it. My 9 year old struggled to get to sleep. Could do with more plug sockets as well. Bits of damp in the bathroom, perhaps needs a bit of a facelift. But overall was a nice room for a quick stop. Would definitely stop again.

room was OK, kids bed was essentially a mattress on the floor… heating in room didn’t work. not many plugs around room- there was literally two plugs & one of them was for the tv. there was hair in the bathroom, on the walls & in the bath. shower curtain was dirty.
