Welcoming receptionist. Clean, warm, welcoming, well appointed room. Slept very well although, no noise from corridor although somewhat thin walls between rooms as could briefly hear coughing from next room. Very easy for flights to/from Heathrow

Check in. I stood in front of the line for a long time without being acknowledged. Another incoming guest jumped in front of me ,but I kept my cool. Eventually I was helped by some one who may have just returned from break while the other 2 staffers continued to ignore me. Not a great first impression.

It was okay. Not luxury hotel. It was meant to fulfill a traveler’s needs at Barr minimum. Here is why it’s not perfect….hair conditioner was empty, I attempted call operator and no one answered. There’s only one elevator for a an impossible maze of endless paths. Safety hazard. The walls are thin. The shuttle was 45 mins late and I paid!

We chose to stay here because we had an early flight and wanted to be close to LHR. When we got there it was crazy busy but we didn’t wait in line at all for check in. We had dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant—standard fare and it was decent. The waitstaff was lovely and on point! (It was crazy busy in the restaurant, too and this place ran like a well-oiled machine.) There is a shuttle service for a small charge (6-ish pounds). It picked us up early and got us to LHR in under 15 minutes.

A young chap named Carlton checked us in - super efficient and sorted all our queries like a pro. Room was clean with great views, comfy bedding and strong shower. We came down to the bar. It was warm and cozy with lots of seating. The wine was excellent. We wanted some food and restaurant is just next to the bar. Genevive was the waitress. She took the order and said ‘ you are going to love the food’ - My god, it was awesome. I haven't had authentic Indian, this good for ages. On par with nearby celebrity run restaurants(no names). Hotel management - please don't let this team go! Cook, Waitress, Bar team and Receptionist - the whole lot!!

Stayed here for overnight transit between terminal 5 and terminal 2 and to have a great hotel like this so close to terminal 2 a huge bonus. Staff friendly and check in so easy, check out even easier. Room was also spot on. Only one negative in that using my debit card on the courtesy bus to terminal 2 my card was bebited twice for one single journey a fact that I didn't notice till checking my bank after arrival at my destination. Minor issue maybe but still something to be wary of.

We did not use the breakfast option, as we were transiting from UK to Australia and this was a good hotel with shuttle bus to our airport terminal in the early hours of the morning. We would definitely use again when travelling from Heathrow to overseas destinations. It took the stress out of the travelling. Huge selection of quality restaurants to choose from for evening meals. Polite and helpful staff. Best I’ve come across for a long time. Please keep this standard up.
