All thanks to AKRITI.
It was nice place to stay for the night. I want to thank staff AKRITI for going extra mile to make sure my aunty who cannot communicate in English had gotten room after sitting at the hotel lounge for more than an hour and half and also making sure she’s got something to eat. It was a long day for her after transiting in Heathrow from USA, and flight being cancelled. Thank you so much AKRITI for this wonderful service. She said thank you.

Needed a hotel with overnight parking close to Terminal 3. Hotel, room & parking very good. Quiet, considering so close to airport. Hoppabus good too. Would definately stay again for Heathrow T3.

Decent Hotel, Service Not Up To Standard
Clean room with a comfortable bed. Nice powerful rain shower, although the glass shower door only covered half the shower unit only and water sprayed out onto bathroom floor if standing aback from the shower. Also there was a large poorly filled in crack across the bathroom counter. Very nice elegant lobby. Front desk staff although friendly not very willing to help and prefered the guest did the legwork, such as contacting housekeeping, rather than do it themselves. Only a single front desk staff member seen much of the time and if more than one, then on more than one occasion, saw the additional staff member finish serving a guest and then leave the front desk and not return, even though there were other guests waiting to be served. Higher standards excepted for the class of hotel and price paid.
