Perfect for a pre flight stay. Easy access from M4 and M25 and plenty of parking. Staff cannot be helpful enough. Good choice of food. Runway view room is a must for anyone who enjoys watching take offs and landings.

The room was spacius and clean. Plenty of room for multiple suitcases. We did al a carte rather than the breakfast buffet. Reasoonably priced items. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel as a whole is great. My room was across from staff opening and closing a door and loading trays. It often woke me up as a door slamming rattled my door and I could hear clanking trays. I was close to the executive lounge.

The hotel is a good choice if you’re leaving Heathrow early. The do have a bus service, but you do have to pay for it, for the price you pay for the hotel, I thought it would be courtesy that it is included as a shuttle. I noticed we waited quite a while to be checked in, the service was slow, but they were friendly. It was helpful to have the shuttle service timetable on the reception, this was useful for arranging our morning trip to the terminal. The rooms were lovely, probably the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in and the shower and bath were great. I’d stay again.

Average hotel, location great, very close to Heathrow with the shuttle bus only 10-15 mins away. Rooms fine, clean enough, not super comfortable. Food at the bar very average as well, not great but not terrible overall. It's fine for a night.

There was 10 loud bangs at 2am that woke us up. The lobby is highly fragranced which bothered my travel partner’s allergies. There was black hair on our towels and in the bathroom. Room felt damp. Ok for one night stay before flight.
