Fantastic hotel with a great view of heathrow runw

This hotel was an impulse book on my part. After getting the bus from terminal 2 to the hotel,everything was great.I book rooms with a runway view. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well equipped. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding. We had drinks and bar snacks from the bar area, excellent sellection of food and drink. Breakfast was buffet style full english and continental, and all superb. Id stay here again if ever i return to london heathrow.

This hotel is so ghetto! The bed was creaky, couldnt shift without creaking the bed. The shower - water pressure was fantastic, but water overflowed on the floor because the shower tray is either not installed incorrectly or not draining gast enough. The tray was also beat up and alot of the white was gone. The rest of the room looked like it needes an update, everything was chipped, scratched, stained or wonky. The restaurants were bad. Mediocre food, terrible options. Zero vegan options. I ended up with chips and a salad with no dressing. Overall, will not be staying here again.

Conveniently located to Terminal. Room bedroom area was fine but the bathroom fell well short. Total lack of space for placement of toiletries and a very basic basin. Decor (eg passage carpet) was dated in places. The breakfast was excellent. Mainly due to the bathroom we rate this hotel as “okay”

Great pls e do stay if one is flying in or out of Ciry Airport. Excellent links by DLR to central London. Walking distance from the terminal! A great place to stay as staff are ferry helpful.

Property is conveniently located neat the Heathrow airport. There is no weigh scale to weigh your luggage, for packing. One service I appreciated was the available shuttle service. There was a small fee per person, payable by either credit card or cash, directly to the driver. The service was slow, starting with the gate being temporarily stuck for the shuttle to get through, but it runs frequently and schedules were available at the hotel desk. Exterior of the building looks tired, but interior is warm and welcoming. A decent breakfast buffet was also available. I would stay there again for its location and onsite amenities.

Amazing hotel. Skip the shuttle.

The exterior looks a little worn but the interior is exceptional. The staff are wonderful and on site dining was delicious and reasonably priced. As an aviation enthusiast, I booked the room with runway views and was not disappointed. With that said, I could not hear the planes at all in my room which was truly impressive. My only critique was the shuttle. It’s the Hotel Hoppa with routes to terminals 2, 3, and 5. I arrived at the lobby to return to Heathrow 10 minutes before the next pick-up, but the bus never came. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for a bus to come. Thankfully, I had the time. It was £12 for a return ticket, which is only slightly cheaper than taxi options so I’ll be splurging the extra few pounds in the future.

Without asking our last 3 stays we have been given free parking but the hotel wanted to charge £15 as they are cutting down on giving out complimentary parking. This is not a problem but you comped this when I didn’t ask and then just pull it. We already have 2 more stays booked so you clearly don’t recognise loyally just give out free comps when it suits

Yet another pleasant stay at the Renaissance.Good room,excellent staff and easy parking.Nice restaurant and bar areas but a bit pricey.There are however a number of pleasant eating and drinking places nearby all at competitive prices.Pricing at the Renaissance is always competitive for the accommodation.All in all a very pleasant stay
