Breakfast overall was a good, the elevator was out of service during our stays. It was inconvenient especially with luggage. The sofa bed condition was bad either. after complaining it was improved. Doing Laundering, there was no clear instruction for foreigners. It took many hours to get the clothes dry. It was not a very present experience.

Poorly kept up hotel needs a major cleaning.

The hotel room was poorly kept. Our room was not cleaned properly any of the four days we were there. It was all I could do to chase down maid to get clean towels. The front desk would not even call us a cab they insisted on us using Uber. This wasn't our choice of hotel we were moved just prior to chk in time. We will not stay at a Marriott in London again

Check in was smooth and staff was informative and friendly. Breakfast was decent. However, I tried to change the room and was unable to. We were not informed that we were being given a wheelchair accessible room which also had access an adjoining room. The room did not feel completely secure due to the adjoining room, which we could hear other guests thorough, as well as the automatic door opener for our main door. We accidentally hit the automatic door opener more than once and were startled significantly both times. There was no extra security on the door due to this feature. I think staff should give a heads up when checking in about these features.

Great place to stay in London

The room was fantastic, very nice and easily able to accommodate us with two full baths which was great. Everyone commented that the shower pressure was amazing. The room temperature was able to get as cold as we wanted it to. The bed was a bit soft for my taste but that’s a personal preference. It was a 15 minute walk to the train which was really nice and easy.

We booked this hotel for the couple of days for a concert, and the overall stay was amazing. We stayed in the deluxe Suite and it was plenty of room for the 4 of us! Great amenities; gym, laundry, pantry, anything you needed at the tip of your fingers. The housekeeping was amazing. We never saw them, but did a refresh in our room for towels bedding , toilet paper and some of the kitchen items too. Our room came with the continental breakfast and it exceeded my expectations. A few options for hot food, pastries and different options for drinks too. My only issue was the location. From London Bridge it was a little hard to navigate and since we stayed for a couple of night it was a hard adjustment since we didn’t get to explore the area as much. Overall great stay, would be better for longer stays guests!

Layout of suite was awkward with bedroom & bathroom at entrance & kitchen/sofa in 2nd room. Seeing the toilet from the bed was not appealing. Area around felt unsafe & dirty with trash & flowers at the fence of the school in front. Understandably not under control of staff or hotel, but didn’t make us feel secure. Staff was very responsive to requests for bed linens, towels, toilet paper, etc. when asked.
