Well the staff is excellent. My room was right across from elevator and housekeeping room, so it was noisy. Yet the room was visually appealing. We are Gold Elite, I suspect because I booked on hotels . Com I was stuck in a crap room. The street noise was almost unbearable - a hospital is nearby and no fewer than 18 ambulances came wailing through the Warwick road all day and a few during the night. The bed felt as if it were 30 years old, I would rate it a 1 for comfort. Curtains did block out all light. The door did not have a good seal - despite being on the 7th floor a wind noise came through regularly. If there were a fire it would be catastrophic. The room was clean, dishwasher worked. TV randomly shut off while watching & then stopped working - maintenance addressed it quickly. Breakfast was decent, order fresh eggs, stay away from the scrambled. When I return to London this hotel will be on my avoid list.

It seems the hotel was built without considering how many elevators were needed. There are only two elevators for a building that should have at least four. They seem to be aware about this since they have a joke about it posted in the elevator and a message painted on the wall outside the ground floor saying that it’s healthy for you to take the stairs. I was unable to control the climate in the room my entire stay. When I asked for help, I was met with a blank stare from the man who came to my room and he told me the room was too hot. I asked for instruction on how to use the controls and he just turned the temperature down but didn’t show me how to control things like the air exchange. The room became cold which I couldn’t control, and always smelled musty. I had an accessible room which had plenty of space, but the placement of outlets for things like using a hairdryer or curling iron were nowhere near a mirror. The rest of the staff were very kind and helpful otherwise. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Lovely property which gives everything you expect from a Residence Inn. Close to the tube and a large supermarket. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children in their early 20s.

The property was perfect for our family. There was a grocery store next door and Cacciari's was an amazing italian restaurant close by. We loved the food there. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Aside from location, I will say that the guest service was hands down, THE BEST, service I have ever experienced. I lost my phone on the tube our first day in the city. Kiddush was especially amazing. He called the tube multiple times for updates, helped me file a claim, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The entire staff was truly spectacular and went above and beyond.

The staff was excellent in every way. The rooms were large and spacious, especially for London! The free breakfast was amazing (tons of options, hot and cold). Our only downside was that we relied on public transportation and it is about a 15-18 minute walk to the tube station. It was great to have a large grocery store next door.

Good Value for a London Visit
The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk from the Earl's Court station, with a good selection of eateries nearby. The standard suite we booked is small but adequate and comfortable for a few nights. The breakfast has an excellent layout with a variety of food - albeit a bit busy. The fitness center is well equipped and the free laundry machines is a nice bonus. The staff were always courteous during our stay.
