Located close to two subway lines and on several bus routes, transportation was quick and convenient. Staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet was competently managed with a good variety of food choices. As well, there was a large grocery store across the street allowing for food to be purchased for in-room preparation in the well-appointed kitchen.

The hotel was perfect for family. The room was great, great staff and nice breakfast. The beds are queen size and there is a Tesco Superstore just super close to the hotel. We love it!

The room was fine. Quiet. Great beds and shower. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was lacking, too many people in a small dining area. Often had to wait in line to enter and to get coffee.

Hotel far exceeded our expectations. Service and room were excellent. One of the lifts was not working and most guests used the stairs rather than waiting which would normally cause upset yet nobody minded as everything else was so good.

The breakfast buffet was decent, not great, but decent. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. One of the elevators wasn't working the entire week we were there and that was frustrating. We ended up using the staff elevator, which helped, but wasn't ideal.

The room sizes are great, but the property is 10 stories and only had one elevator working. Nothing overly special about the place, but if the elevator had been working, I would recommend it wholeheartedly for family travel. Decent breakfast. About a 10 min walk from the nearest subway station, right next to a Tesco. Nothing wrong with the place either. Wife wasn’t too happy with the cleanliness of the sheets or bathroom when we arrived.

Kennsignton is a very good residential area. We felt safe walking even late night. Lots of public transportation near by. Close to highway A4. Tesco is just a block away. It has everything!! Breakfast was great food and Beverage team is just outstanding. Laundry is free. Rooms are comfortable.
