The property was in easy walking distance of buses and the tube. Plenty of places around to get food. Basic room in a lovely old property. Reception staff were all lovely and helpful.

A great hostel. Located near major transit stops, it felt safe when in the hostel itself, my only complaint was the thinness of the mattress. Would recommend staying here if you don’t have a bad back!

I arrived to be given a key to a room that had 3 people in it. I booked a private room for a reason. The guy at reception was very helpful but I am utterly shocked and disgusted with the service and I shall be taking matters further in the morning or on Monday. What a joke your company is. I want a full refund immediately or I shall be contacting the local authority and posting about this on social media. I am a woman alone at 3am and am trying to keep myself safe.
