THIS IS A SCAM. They announce one address, but at the check in they inform you that you will be staying at a different address, that is not in Kings Cross. When I protested, I was informed that the Kings Cross address is just the address for the add, as if it made any sense. It baffles me that Expedia allows this kind of practice to happen through their website. Stay away from these scammers.
The apartment is not located at King Cross as prescribed. We called the office but the staff did not know everything, very difficult to communicate.The office is so far from actual apartment so we have to pay extra money to go another place to check in and then pay gain to back the hostel and it is time-wasting. The apartment is nice but it is very small. There is a bus stop near the apartment and an underground is 15 minutes from the apartment. There is no famous attractions near the apartment and need to take the tube to reach other attractions.
Ok so first of all, the office where you check in and get your keys is miles from the actual apartments themselves. You will not be staying at kings cross. When we arrived to the apartment it was nice but did not look anything like the pictures shown on the website but the apartment is very clean etc. The WiFi didn’t work for 3 days. One set of towels for the 3 days stay. The bus stop was just a minutes walk from the apartment and Chancery Tube station was a 10 mins walk, so that was a positive. There’s bars and cafes around the apartment but the only down fall again was the information when booking is completely misleading, apartment didn’t look like pictures and it’s definitely not near south bank or kings cross.
Nice location, quiet place, clean please, but we have to go to one place to checking in with the luggage and the take a cap to go the apartment. Also they put paper towels in the bathroom instead of toilet paper
Okay, know what you're signing up for here, you aren't staying at the 131 King address, that's just the leasing office to pick up the keys. We did NOT know that when booking, however right away we called their office to make sure we could get the apartment we wanted upon seeing their selection to work with our travel plans. They were VERY accommodating and satisfied our request, we were actually able to go to the room earlier than expected. All you have to do is contact them ahead of time! Great staff! We stayed at the Farringdon loft and it was perfect, there were some great restaurants right nearby, tube right across the street, solid wifi, great amenities, very cozy place. Highly recommend! Amazing location for a fantastic price, even on the weekend. Don't be discouraged by their business model, they have amazing service and will work with you 24/7.
A good apartment but completely misleading location when booked.
I have family in Islington and the agency that rents the apartment is nearby. But the apartment isn't. If you want to be next to Farrington tube stop, it's great, but I was two tube rides away from where my family lives. If I knew that ahead of time, I never would have rented.
Off site flat agencies can be a problem. A good apartment for anyone who wants that location. Misleading for others.

Disappointing and unsecure
The apartments were well situated. The check in took time as they couldn't allow me to pay for each room on one payment (I had 5 apartments under one booking). In terms of the apartments they should have been good but, were a let down. The apartment on the first floor had two balconies with doors that the locks were broken so we did not use this apartment. The room on the second floor was too cold and the thermostat did not work. Also there was an ironing board but, no iron. One room on the fourth floor also had the same problem with the thermostat however was uncomfortably hot and the provided fan did not work. The other room on the fourth floor had a horrendous smell (like something had died) and also a balcony door with a broken lock. Fortunately we didn't spend much time in the apartments other than sleep so put up with the issues but, really not good enough for the money spent. The WiFi also didn't work. The lift felt like it may drop and was extremely worrying to use (so we didn't!).

Nice hotel but bad service
The flat was clean and had all it's amenities. However, don't expect new towels everyday nor your bed to be made or apartment to be cleaned. It's titled a hotel apartment, but really it's just an apartment. I would recommend if you don't need those features. That being said, it's in a very central place. So it's close to a lot of things, but also close to bars, which means lots of drunk people at night.

Overall very good, they vary in location and style
Rixos Nike and the group are generally good but beware, they are nowhere near Kings Cross which is actually what I wanted. Also booking in is pain where you have to go to one place and drag your luggage to another often a good walk away, not the '5 minutes' offered. If you are old or infirm watch out for that. On the positive, the flats are well presented and well equiped although vary dramatically from 2 bed places with great views to little mews flats. Value for money if you catch them right is very good, the two bed flats ideal if there are 2 of you travelling on business as there are 2 toilets etc. I like them but the travel to get there is irritating and the price can vary wildly. I have stayed a few times and they tend to be in business areas so pretty quiet which is good for me, and unexpected in Central London
Do not stay here. First of all they are said to be located in St pancras area, but after booking they tell you you can be asigned anywhere in London. I asked for a flat in st Pancras area, but I they told me it wasn't possible. When I checked in, in an office 20 min walk from the appartment, the employee had a reservation with wrong name. I took one hour to make it properly. When I got to the propertry I realized there was no water. After 4 hours with anyone coming to fix that matter, they told there was no manteinance and that we have to move somewhere else. At 10 pm we took a cab to go to the new appartment, which was 5 miles further, 20 minutes driving. When we got there I realized they gave me the wrong keys. It was around 11 pm and I was in the street in a far London neighbourhood with my three daughters. I had to go back to the apartment without water. The Next day They moved me to another apartment but just for that night, because It was booked for the next day. The third day I have to move to another one, located in another area. You could imagine. Three nights, three different apartments. 2 days without water. We didn't get any rest. Horrible. Terrible. The employees were the worst in the whole world. We didn't get any sollution. NEVER STAY IN RIXOS. I hope some reward.
Apartment wasn't as close to the area I had selected which was disappointing. The living area was clean and tidy. The bathroom and bedroom were very unloved and the standard of finish was very poor with doors not shutting properly, leaking tap and big gap under the front door.
The location near the station was very good but the apartment needs to be tidied up. The photos for the site are very generic and my room certainly didn't look like that. Shame before hand it was not confirmed the type of apartment or the location as I would have cancelled.
A pleasant suprise, the booking in ritual is a little irritating but the accommodation was excellent especially considering the price. I wold stay again, no doubt

The sofa couch was uncomfortable for adults. Better suited for children. Noisy in the morning. No services provided. Too many rules and restrictions..will not help with getting taxi, charges for any problems incurred, $75 if you lose key. Will not give address until you get there. No instructions for opening windows.
No dryer for clothes.
Near a very happens street for millennialsale. Great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to British museum.
Our trip was upsetting because we were directed to the wrong address for sign-in The address was a vacant building. We then had to take another taxi to the right address.
The sleeping accommodations for the 3rd and 4th guests was a broken down sofa bed. Not at all comfortable.

Don't stay here!
I booked this hotel thinking it would be near the advertised area. It turned out to be in an undesireable location about 20 minutes walk from where we checked in. The apartment we were given was between a tire shop and Thai Massage establishment. It was also across the street from a bar with noise until 4 am. The street noise was constant and the bedroom is on the streetside of the apartment.The doorframe was broken so we had trouble getting the door open. The management did send someone over with in minutes to repair it. It is not a family friendly area and is eyeopening. We stayed one night and moved to another hotel. I forfitted what I paid for the 2 other nights that I had booked. I would not recommend it to anyone. The apartment was nice, but the location was terrible.
We were charged for two rooms by mistake and the hotel refused to refund the double charge. I would never stay with this hotel group again. They are dishonest.
