We liked the location because of its proximity to the train station especially arriving from Heathrow Airport. It was so accessible to places of interest, lots of shops nearby and lovely restaurants.

This was an okay hotel to stay in but our room was in the basement and honestly extremely cramped. There’s also not really many amenities to enjoy but it was decent, clean, had ac and helpful staff when needed.

Great location for both central London (by tube), as well as around the corner from Paddington Station and the Heathrow express going to the airport. The service was also very good, and although the room was small, it was nice, was stocked well with a choice of hot beverages , and offered good value for the money. I would stay again :-)

When we arrived to the hotel after flying all night, the front desk allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room!🙌 Very clean property and our room was great. Our room was cleaned every day. A tad small, but it worked for us. Paddington Station is 2 min from the hotel with tons of food options everywhere! Very friendly staff. Perfect stay for our trip!

I really enjoy staying in this hotel. Great staff Amazing location, near markets. Metro and train station. Many bar and places to eat. The room was a little small, but I travel solo so I didn't care. The only thing is you can hear the subway passing underground. But it didn't bother me. I will recommend and will return if I have the chance.
