Lovely twin room

Great location, 2 mins away from Paddington Station which has brilliant shops. Lots of places near by to get food and drink. Room was spotless and so was bathroom, good shower and lots of towels which were replaced each day . Free water in reception and bottles to fill up to take to room was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great location, great property

The room was relatively spacious and clean with all the amenities you’d want (including a small fridge). The staff was friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again

Hotel is on the metro underground and in operation hours you can feel the vibration and sound at the lower rooms. There was no problem about other topics. Hotel was very clean and personal was helpful kindly. Close to everywhere.

The shower door is hung the wrong way and it is impossible to turn on the shower without being under the cold spray. The toilet seat was cracked.

All super, a little noisy.

Super clean, modern and centered hotel. The only issue is the noise of the train station that is right next to the property.
