We liked the location because of its proximity to the train station especially arriving from Heathrow Airport. It was so accessible to places of interest, lots of shops nearby and lovely restaurants.

Great location for both central London (by tube), as well as around the corner from Paddington Station and the Heathrow express going to the airport. The service was also very good, and although the room was small, it was nice, was stocked well with a choice of hot beverages , and offered good value for the money. I would stay again :-)

When we arrived to the hotel after flying all night, the front desk allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room!🙌 Very clean property and our room was great. Our room was cleaned every day. A tad small, but it worked for us. Paddington Station is 2 min from the hotel with tons of food options everywhere! Very friendly staff. Perfect stay for our trip!

I really enjoy staying in this hotel. Great staff Amazing location, near markets. Metro and train station. Many bar and places to eat. The room was a little small, but I travel solo so I didn't care. The only thing is you can hear the subway passing underground. But it didn't bother me. I will recommend and will return if I have the chance.

Hotel was ok if you need a short stay in a good location and you are travelling light. If you are travelling from overseas with large bags - forget it. The room was tiny and we could barely get our bags in the room. Despite having a lift, we still had to cross over two stairwells that had two stairs each, so not accessible. Room had a strange slope on the floor and the bathroom was directly off the side of the bed with opaque glass door only. Location was great and close to Paddington Station, so that was a plus, but otherwise spend a bit more money and get a hotel room that’s a little bigger, if you have luggage.
