Pleasantly Surprised
I was a little bit apprehensive about stopping at this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. We thought it was very good value for money. The staff were nice and helpful and the rooms of a decent size for London. The hotel communal areas had just been decorated. We both said we would say here again.

Read some harsh reviews and was concerned but how wrong they are!! Yes it was small but not being funny your in London you only need a bed to sleep! The room was fine shower was good and fan was excellent. Only 2 downsides were A: the price was quite a lot for the room and facilities and B: no brekkie. Lad on desk was welcoming. Ont thing to point out that I wasn’t aware of, you need photo ID to check in. Id left my things at home as obviously don’t want too much in me walking around luckily husnbanf had his licence on him. All in all would stay again for convenience. Thanks guys

We booked three rooms in this hotel. One room had three beds and was extremely small to the point that we were not able to open our suitcases. Another major problem was that the bathroom shower had mold, and my kids did not feel comfortable taking a shower. The bathroom also had a bad smell. In addition, there was no place to put your shower gel and shampoo in the shower area. Overall, the rooms were not clean enough. The other two rooms booked by my mom and sister had similar issues.

Good location as it’s close to Paddington Station. That is all that is good about this place. The room was visibly very dirty. The walls were filthy, hairs on the sheets, and a large toe nail was found on the floor. The shower didn’t drain so we were given a new room. That shower didn’t drain either and was equally as dirty. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Location was great considering it was close to the Paddington station/underground, just a short distant walk. The bathroom was not clean. Mold all over the shower. The room itself was okay. Tiny but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways as we were out exploring all day and night. They did have portable fans available stored away in the closet for the nights it was not as cold with the window open.

very expensive for what the room was - no fridge, tiny TV, shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor with no way to avoid it, no extractor fan in the bathroom so became very very hot whenever anyone had a shower, tiny towels, etc etc. just an expensive room trading really only on its location but nothing else.

Great location to Paddington Rail. Staff extremely friendly. What we expect, small room & bath. However, no A/C. That should be noted in description. We only had a fan & had to ask for a second fan. Room was hot. Not comfortable for sleeping.

Only two minute walk from Paddington station and only ten minutes on the tube to the west end. Only one line so no need to change. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone going up for a show
