Single room was like a broom closet. I’m 5’9” and my feet were off the end of the bed. I complained but was told beds met “UK standards.” I don’t usually do bad reviews, but this stay was truly horrible

Worst hotel bed I have ever experienced. The mattress springs could be felt through the sheets, with your hand, before lying on the bed.

I had booked a room for me and my daughter. Choose option to pay at the property. Upon arrival I was told they the are no rooms available as I booked. I was very upset. As I was early in the hotel ( 2 hrs before check in to drop off my bags) I spoke to person in the reception name Sheikh . He never mentioned that there are no rooms available. I went for lunch and came in time to check in around 3:15pm to learn that there are no rooms availability. I was offered option to stay in the other sister property 10 min away. I found it very annoying that my room was given away to someone else. Also, had I known before about it I would have booked with another hotel. After,i mentioned that I’ll leave bed review one of the receptionist offers me to wait and he was able to find me a room.

A Terrible Stay with Unexpected Ants!

Very disappointed with our stay. We discovered ants in the bathroom around during the night and by morning they had spread across the floor and curtains—an unpleasant and unhygienic experience. The room was also uncomfortably hot all night, with limited ventilation despite fans and a balcony door that barely opened. We had to step into the hallway to get some colder air. For £290 per night, I expected much higher standards. I’ve contacted the hotel twice through Hotels.com and also via their email on the website with no response.

Cheap for a reason

Staff tried taking a physical photocopy of my driving licence to check in, there is no need for this, regardless of what their policy is. Unwilling to provide a VAT receipt until the morning, delaying check out. Bathroom door literally had chunks missing from it. Stuffy, noisy room on main road. Only one power socket available, tucked behind a cupboard. Cheap for a reason...
