Birthday visit to London
We chose the hotel for its location next to Hyde Park. We had a room which had a side view of the park. The hotel is modern in design and our room was spacious with a nice ensuite and air conditioning. Maybe the only criticism was the empty minibar and lack of storage for clothing. The public areas, restaurants and bars suited us especially the Thai. Breakfast was very good with lots of options to suit every taste. All of the staff that we encountered were very helpful and gave a top class service. We would definitely use this hotel again.

In a very convenient location. Reception staff were very helpful. Did ask for some extra teabags and milk sachets for the room but didn’t receive any. At breakfast we were not made aware of a menu. Therefore I used the buffet English breakfast which was cold. When rest of our party arrived for breakfast, they were given a menu. Also no decaf tea. For a five star hotel these are quite basic expectations.

Lovely hotel - with a delightful concierge!
A beautiful hotel - we loved our Executive Room which was very large and comfy, and had a lovely view of the city skyline. Sebastian, the concierge, was outstanding! A true professional - he answered all of our questions, going above and beyond to assist every day. Only downside- there are no eateries near the hotel - fortunately there is a good breakfast buffet at the hotel.
