Style but got the basics wrong
Lovely new hotel. Very clean and stylish. No tea and coffee making in the room - available on each floor. But no ‘ordinary’ teabags, and only horrid instant coffee. Only paper cups. No fresh milk and no ice machine. In the room the sink was in the bedroom, and the shower door didn’t fit over the bath mat. Simple things but didn’t make it an easy stay. Room was small but comfy.

Stayed the night here to attend a gig - was very impressed with the room and the comfort it offered. It’s self check in so didn’t need to speak to staff and it was easy to check in too. I will def use this place again

Service dreadful. Sat down for Dinner, wasn’t acknowledged at all; waited for 10 minutes, still no acknowledgment, so left & ate elsewhere. Room concepts don’t work - not enough room to walk around the bed, concealed sharp skirting board underneath window, corner of shower door sharp, no tea making facilities or water in room, TV didn’t work, tap on landing, boiling water function didn’t work.

I loved this place!!!
The Ruby was awesome. The staff was incredibly helpful at every step. We had to (got to) stay an extra in London and our Airbnb was already booked so we had to find a last minute place. The Ruby Stella was incredible. Super cool lobby/lounge, great bar, nice rooms, and the staff helped us so much.

Excellent hotel. Staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. Hotel bar is superb. Location for Clerkenwell is great. Less than 10 min walk to main station. We didn’t do a lot in this area but travelled in to city of London. Rooms are really clean and well presented. THE most comfortable bed and lovely linen.

This is a lovely newly opened hotel. Good bar and breakfast. Not many dinning options for dinner. Lovely rooms with a range of sizes for different budgets. Plenty of well trained and attentive staff members. Would highly recommend.

This place is a gem among London mediocrity
What a gem of a place. Stylish, interesting, staff naturally gifted communicators and with a light touch. Representing a combination of quality, privacy (for my work) and comfort. The rooms are compact and well designed and super comfy beds. My new go-to for London!
