We book the sapphire hotel but on arrival we were put in the pearl hotel 3 houses along. Where the reception is for both hotel. Communication good , checked in 8.30 pm no trouble very helpful man on reception told us all we needed to know. Room small , clean and warm , clean fresh bedding , bathroom clean with complimentary shower and shampoo, hairdryer, hot shower, clean towels . Coffee tea and milk Good location 5-8 min walk to tub and Westfield centre

You will most likely stay in the pearl/emerald hotel within the same chain. The rooms are small, clean enough, and all right for 2-3 nights. We did hear a couple of arguing above us at about 1am, but management is 24/7, and they sorted it out.

I had a great stay. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and close to a tube stop, so I could get into the center of London easily.

The description of the hotel was that it had recently been refurbished but it was very shabby and run down. It was noisy and my sleep was disturbed by other residents.

Good location for transport and food. Easy access to central london and attractions. One issue maybe the noise outside and inside. Rooms very close to each other with little soundproofing

The stay was short but overall good. We were very well received, friendly and attentive staff. Close to the metro station so convenient for getting around. However the rooms are not very well soundproofed, we heard the room above making noise all night like someone running or walking all night. On the other hand, very attractive price, practical for small budgets.

I booked to stay at the Sapphire hotel. Before arriving I was sent a message to collect my key card at the near by Emerald hotel, and informed that my stay could be at the Emerald instead. This is exactly what happened. With check-out at 11am I was surprised to have a staff member knock on my door at 9am asking when I was leaving. As check-in is at 3pm I don't think guests should feel pressured into leaving before they have to.

Poor experience for this hotel, the pictures definitely do not match the experience. Stained floors, damaged bathroom suite which in itself is as small as a cupboard combined with an additional £20 charge for early checking in. I won't be coming back to say the least. The shower is being held in place by sellotape and is also coming away from the wall, broken fixtures with jagged edges protruding from this area also.

There was 2 of us staying there we had 1 towel 1cup the headboard was full of stains seal on fridge mouldy and noisy while we was trying to sleep shower mouldy rooms smelt of cigarette smoke and people and out was a mess with cigarette uts
