Excellent friendly and prompt service from reception who found sewing kits and ear plugs to great efficient and professional service in the rooftop bar. Well positioned for National theatre, young vibe. We would definitely use again

Reasonable 5* hotel in a nice location

Hotel was good quality and in a lovely condition on the river. Staff were friendly. Some things did not seem 5* standard like the coffee shop (messy with dirty rugs) and room size. The price is very high, but unfortunately that is the case for most London hotels on a Saturday night in a decent location. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional.

Superb hotel. Quiet, clean & hotel staff eager to help you. Excellent breakfast, although beware the service charge for providing latte and cappuccino coffees that they are very keen to get you. Also beware the small hotel service charge that they ask to add on when you check out. Will definitely visit again.
