Really spacious room with good comfort. Lobby area and bar are both lovely. Some booking details hadn’t loaded up on their system so needed some confirmation on check-in and we were allocated a disability room, with a different bathroom configuration that we would have preferred not to have. All things considered I would definitely stay again.

Central London Fab Hotel

Fabulous hotel with a great staff (shout out to James in guest engagement). It's centrally located and has modern, well designed rooms. Check out the rotating quotes in the lobby. Bar makes amazing cocktails. It even has an on-site movie theater.

They had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night. It turned out to be caused by construction but we had no idea at the time and there was no announcement to explain the situation causing an unsettling night sleep.

2nd time staying here. Genuinely love staying, room fantastic, restaurant and breakfast fantastic. The real thing that makes it is the staff, every single one makes the experience worth it. My only grumble would be on arrival on both occasions had to wait for the room, this time just over an hour, but again staff couldn't have apologised more but to happen twice is a little disappointing. All that being said its still 5 stars from me.
