We absolute loved our stay here. We had the Balcony Suite overlooking the Thames. Stunning especially at night. The staff were absolutely amazing in every dept a special mention to Shula was brilliant. I unfortunately had my phone stolen in central London and she was so lovely understanding and tried to make the rest of our stay very special. They could not have been more helpful. As a vip Expedia perk we also received 20% of food and drink in the hotel which makes a big difference for us Aussies. The location was amazing you could walk everywhere and underground and Uber boats very handy. You can walk along the Thames for most of it which was lovely Thank you Seacontainers for a lovely stay.

Great hotel. It's clean and the staff are very friendly. It's in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the district lines and national rail services. Also, centrally located to a lot of the tourist attractions. Favorite part of the hotel is the water fountains on each floor that has both still and sparkling water to refill water bottles.

Great hotel and staff. Easy access any of the tourist destinations and the tube is a short walk away. Only downside is they double charged us and it took over two weeks to solve with multiple customer service people and our Expedia team members help to refund us. Great location, impeccably clean with friendly, helpful staff. The added bonus of the cinema makes this our go to London hotel now as it’s very useful on wet days or just to relax for a bit. We didn’t have to time to use the spa but definitely will make time on our next trip.
