We had a wonderful time and the staff were amazing. We had a little issue with some kind of maintenance work happing in a room above us and they gave us a different room as soon as we told them. Service was fantastic

Phenomenal property and experience! I booked the Shangri-La for my birthday trip because of the exceptional views, and they did not disappoint! The service at this hotel is unparalleled and the best I've ever experienced. The breakfast every morning was sensational and the French toast was the most delicious I have ever had. A huge shout out to Jessica, the duty manager who went out of her way to accommodate me and made my stay unforgettable! And Ann, whose smiling face greeted us every morning at breakfast and provided us with excellent service! The Shangri-La is my new favorite hotel chain and I am already looking into their other properties worldwide. Thanks again, Shangri-La for the memories!
