Only bus 423 getting there, about 8 stops to British airways terminal, 15 min. Runs every 15-30min, and 1 credit card for 1 ticket, for family with 4 adults 2 children, 4 credits are needed. The driver was rude. The bus from the hotel to airport is on the other side of street divided by fences. One needs to walk around the light, can be 10min with luggage. strong recommmend to stay in a hotel nearby with free shuttle. Everything else is perfect.

Good place close to airport
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location from Heathrow airport; however, even though website says free airport shuttle they do not have one. You must Uber if you don’t have access to a vehicle. Room was clean with an available safe in closet. No refrigerator, but a wine type cooler. Large bathroom and spacious bedroom area.

Staff member behind counter by himself, spent more time answering the phone whilst checking us. What should've been a 2 min job took 10 mins! Family room was poor. Room 1029. The aircon control had no cover so was totally unsafe to use with a potential for being electrocuted. Did report it to front desk but nothing was done about it. The towels stank of damp as they were still slightly wet! Reported the concerns on check out but the asian gentleman behind the counter seemed dismissive. All in all a poor experience, one which I do not intend to repeat as I will never be staying here again!!
