I was there for one night. The toilet seat was broken it wasn’t even the correct size toilet seat. The bed was very very uncomfortable it was 2 single beds put together to man a queen bed. my stay was nothing short of terrible , first of all i never got to stay at the hotel and had to find another alternative as he did not accept card and i didn’t have mine because i lost it and only had apple pay and he refused to help me find a solution and basically told me to leave the premises as he said there was nothing he could do , even though on the policies section it says they accept card at the premises

On arrival all seemed well, informed about the hotel going through a refurbishment, and was informed that my room had been finished... Great !! Um not so fast, I had booked a queen room I think it was 109 as soon as I opened the door I could see a very large stain on the carpet, I thought it was odd for a newly refurbished room. Then into the bathroom and the toilet seat wasn't usable barely attacnhed the sink, shower and tiles wearnt clean. Into the bed room, wardrobe with no hangers, large gaps in the blinds, very dodgy looking stains on the towels... It goes on and on. Changed rooms, this was an improvement from the last, but still not great. Everything is in poor condition or not working at all.
