We had to have my first room changed because there was mold in the shower, we were upgraded but my daughters room had the shower start leaking also during our stay, it was just not a great stay overall.

Nice room, clean & modern. Chaotic breakfast, not enough seats for all the guests & the food kept running out, as did the cutlery! Handy hotel for the underground though & it was great to be able to park. Downside of parking was that the signage for payment was very confusing if you were a hotel guest.

The room was nice and clean. The room service lady was nice and answered questions I had. The front desk staff had good demeanors as well. I like the ability to adjust the temperature in my room to be more comfortable to me. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

Staff at Reception were all great & helpful. Several days of my stay housekeeping were slow in the extreme. While it's reasonable to leave longer stay rooms until others are cleaned, 4pm is not acceptable. It's shows little to no regard for paying guests.

The Hotel would not refund or change the date of our booking, even though it was due to the concerts being cancelled due to the tube strike. We lost our money. Be carefully booking this place

Fantastic hotel!

Needing a room for 2 nights in North London with parking, this hotel surpassed my expectations. From the quick check in to the clean spacious room, to the helpful staff a gem!! If you need a hotel close to a Tube station with good restaurant choice on your doorstep you can’t go wrong. Will be my go to for all London trips.
