The management were extraordinarily polite and accommodating, and whilst a little dated, the hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. The location is absolutely brilliant, and I felt at home and had everything I needed. This is surely one of the best value accommodations in all of London and I will stay again.

The only good thing the hotel has is its location. The room is unbelievably small that your luggage doesn't fit. The double bed looks like a single bed, and their shared shower doesn't have shampoo. I highly recommend avoiding this place since it doesn't share any hotel qualities.

Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. You can borrow hairdryers at the front desk, there is coffee and tea available around the clock in a sitting area. Everything was clean and staff was really nice! You can also store your luggage there. The hotel is close to Russell Square Station and there's a huge waitrose close by. Great alternative to a hostel, especially with its British flair!

Went to London for a short visit. The hotel staffs were very nice, warm welcoming. The hotel is a bit out dated due to the structure and age of the building, but overall it was very pleasant and would love to go back again for the next visit. The location is not too far from the Underground(subway). Area overall is pretty quiet in the evening. If you look for a place to stay, check this one out.

We were on the top floor so lots of stairs. There was a clean shower and toilet on each separate section of the floor so sometimes you had to wait so not a problem. We would stay here again as the location was easy walking distance to Kings Cross/St. Pancras station and the British Museum. Close to lots of eating places

We had an ensuite room, I understand not all the rooms have bathrooms. The bathroom was small, reminded me of a student room, but it was clean and had a shower. Towels were also provided. The room was nicely set up with a double and a bunk bed, it wasn't big but there was sufficient space to move around. The room was well presented albeit typical of this type of room in London, a little dated. I would recommend however, for the area the check in was fast and formal and the room was pleasant and not too pricey.
