I have the following concerns below for my rating 1) The Expedia given a wrong distance figure from my search point to the property. I searched for property near Excel London and in Expedia data the property is only 2.7 miles from Excel. But actually it's 7.5 miles, better to calculate using Google maps rather than rely on Expedia. 2) Hidden or Tricky inclusions - Like it's mentioned in Expedia Towels & toiletries available but actually it's available but have to pay extra for that (which was not mentioned) 3) Also Locker available but you have to pay for pad locks😊 So here Expedia has to update their software and try to include what exactly included rather than misleading customers

I loved everything about this hostel were the hostel is located easy 2 get a train/dlr they bus stop outside staff are really nice here help u out if they can entertainment is good its a lovey atmosphere great deals on drinks and food thanks buno and Laura and the team made stay was really good here

I had a lovely time here. really great staff, nice facilities, lovely atmosphere. rooms are nice. Great outdoor seating. Short walk to all the cool places in greenwich. The staff are very helpful. Just remember to treat all hostel staff like you would like to be treated. Bruno Lisa rob and Liam really great bunch of staff

All the staff was super friendly but Ambrose in particular went above and beyond helping me go downstairs with my sore foot and was super kind and helpful. The property is clean, convenient but one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the staff make me feel safe and comfortable whenever I stay here. Thank you team Greenwich for making me feel at home and Ambrose for going the extra mile ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice location
Nice friendly staff the doors could do with a soft touch too noisy when closed and opened during the night corridor and toliet doors and shower doors too noisy the kitchen needs cleaning with Rentokil as I spotted two cockrocils insects not clean or wooden kitchen needs ripping out and replacing if water or holes.

It’s just okay. You get exactly what you pay for - the staff is awesome! But everything else is bleh. Whatever you do DO NOT park in the parking ramp that’s connected to the building to the right. They lock you out of your car from midnight to 7am and there’s nothing anyone can do.
