Always a great place to stay. Peaceful rooms, copious, spacious bathrooms, and friendly staff. Location also excellent - literally opposite Hammersmith tube station [aka. Underground / London metro].(Hammersmith Apollo - five mins walk away / Olympia exhibition centre in fifteen minutes walk.) Five stars / recommend.

A bit noisy but a good hostel!

The location was excellent, it is directly opposite Hammersmith station. The room was clean and the bed was basic but I liked having the curtains for privacy. Plug sockets and reading light worked well. The bathroom was clean but was a bit tired. The shower was decent and shower gel was provided. The clothes hook on the back of the door was falling off (a screw missing) but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The hostel is very noisy at night, mainly because of the bars beneath and it being a busy London road. There were lots of drunk people shouting, loud music and sirens going by throughout the night. I know this is not the Hostel’s fault but just something to bear in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Overall it was a pleasant stay! :)

This hostel wasn’t in the top shape. Whenever it rained it flooded our room. If you want to go to bed before 2 think again, the nightclub is really loud and is right underneath the rooms. Most the staff are very friendly, some aren’t. I was woken up at 1am because they tried to double book my bed.

Hard to find any positives besides clean bed sheets. Really run down facilities one would expect to find in 3rd world countries. Used more as a cheap workers' accommodation than a true hostel. No travelker atmosphere to be found. Disguisting toilets/showers not maintained as needed. Really crammed access and steep stairs. Noisy music from bar downstairs will early morning hours. No common area except 2 tiny rooms. Location is a big plus. Cheap, but avoid at all costs.
