Very poor service
Very unhappy with St Giles Hotel I have stayed there a number of times. I booked the hotel (again) as I am in London every week and a week earlier from my booking realised I needed to change the date of my stay. I asked for the room to be moved to the following week but the hotel or Hotels.com refused a refund or credit. Very poor service
Room was small but okay and functional for a 2 night stay. A window in the bathroom or an extractor fan that switches on with the light would be a bonus.
Nis at reception very helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed. Being at the heart of the West End was so convenient. I'll use the St Giles Hotel again

Great hotel. Great location
Room was really clean. There didnt seem to be any heat controls and the fan was quite noisy, but didnt affect the room use. It was just a bit hot overnight.
Horrible night shift manager and the most unwelcoming experience from a hotel. The worst ever seen from a hotel staff. They cheated on me to pay extra to upgrade to rooftop and you can easily die in the rooftop elevator. I wonder how safety British authorities have let that elevator to be running if it has permission to run. Absolutely unsafe. We had to use stairs to get to our room. Unbelievable! The only good thing about this hotel is location and the rest is a disaster and horrible experience.

The bedroom had sweets at the side of the bedside cabinet from the previous guests so the room had not been cleaned properly
Also we ran out of toilet roll house keeping did not give us more toilet rolls when they cleaned the room
