Our Executive King room was very spacious and quiet. We had a snafu with checking in and were given a lesser room category than we booked but the hotel eventually made things right and compensated us with a dinner. One of the two elevators was out of service so there were long waits during meal hours. Otherwise, we love the central location and the large room. The breakfast is excellent although the service can be slow at times. We’re looking forward to our next visit at the St. James’ Court.

Reception team Sandesh and Ridge helpful during check in process and mage arrangements for children in room. Breakfast buffet was a treat I was unable to taste all options as so many choices especially great tasting quick , hot at table served delicious Indian breakfast dishes . Parathas were perfect , multi layered , hot and crispy !

I forgot my ear plugs

The three floors above our room were under remodeling that started at 7:54am. Why on earth would they place guests in these rooms. I complained and they said they were sorry 5 times Guess I will need to find a better hotel on my next visit to london.

Excellent Quality, but Customer Service Needs Work

The hotel’s location, amenities, cleanliness, and ambiance were truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the decor, lobby looked very cosy and well-maintained, and the convenient access to the Queen Elizabeth II conference centre. Everything felt top-notch, and I was genuinely excited about my stay. The room was serviced daily and kept very clean, with complimentary supplies replenished regularly, which I really appreciated. However, I did face a delay at check-in when I was asked for a passport, despite being a UK resident. I experienced a delay during check-in due to being asked for a passport, despite being a UK resident. Interestingly, I later observed another guest checking in seamlessly with just a bank card. On my third night, I encountered another issue when my room key was disabled, despite having paid in full for my stay. Unfortunately, I found myself once again at the reception desk, where I was passed over in the queue for another customer. This was quite unpleasant, as I had to wait for almost 20 minutes just to have my key reactivated. I believe that service should be consistent and universal for ALL guests irrespective of race, gender or class!

Had a lovely stay at St James Ct. The property is in a great location near Buckingham Palace, metro, St James Park. Rooms were great and showers were excellent. the courtyard is very cute. Staff is very friendly and did a great job at check in. Overall it was a great experience.
