The St. James Court is a lovely hotel with top notch staff who attend to every need. Our room was comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. My only concern was the overwhelming herbal scent in the building we were placed in. It bothered my allergies.

Wonderful property and likely will be our go to stay in London moving forward. Less than a 5 minute walk to a tube stop on the Circle Line, so you can get anywhere quickly. You are also 5 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. Numerous pubs within walking distance and the food on site is incredible. Everything we had was great. Staff and service was amazing and the rooms were nice and well taken care of each day. Absolutely recommend this place.

Excellent location. One minute from St James Park UG Station, Buckingham Palace/embassey neighborhood. Easy Heathrow access, most sights, activities walkable or a short walk/underground combo. The rooms are large, especially by Euro standards, and comfortable. Staff is very helpful, friendly, professionally trained. Breakfast was included with our 7-night stay (total cost resulted in $500/night). The variety of offerings in the buffet is extraordinary but the price if paid separately was $40/person -very difficult to find that value in what we eat for breakfast. The facility rating is lowered here for a couple reasons: There was a bit of maintenance in progress (minor noise, slowed elevators). And the building is older (weird uneven floors on room levels). The facility actually presents larger and grander on the site, plus we chose it for the restaurant options on site. Once there, though, we decided to explore other options. London is known for it Indian cuisine and we found wonderful options outside the hotel. This hotel is clearly a favorite with vacationers from India.

Amazing staff. Room and hotel were satisfactory but a little tired. Long waits for elevators. Breakfast environment is disappointing. This is an ok hotel but it’s far from Taj Mumbai caliber.
